This is a beautiful, completely remodeled condominium with all new furniture and wonderful hardwood floors. It is a nonsmoking, 1-bedroom and a loft condominium with 2 bathrooms and a 4 star rating. It has a full kitchen, microwave, fireview woodburner, 3 TVs (flat screen in the living room, regular in bedroom and loft), DVD player, wireless internet access and a phone. This unit also has a very partial view of the Sherwin Mountains. The bedroom has a king size bed and the loft has a 2 queen size beds and 1 single bed. This unit does not have garage parking but offers 2 outside spaces (first come basis). There are 17 stairs to reach this unit and it has 2 levels inside. The entry level has the living room, kitchen, dining area, the bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs is the loft and another bathroom. This unit sleeps up to 6 people. Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.

“Presidents' Day weekend 2014”
Mammoth finally got lots of snow and we booked this property through the best property management agency on mammoth "mammoth reservation bureau". It's a nice, newly remodels condo. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Would get it again. Since it's really close to the village. Oh and it has a private covered parking garage space!!!
Overall the stay in mammoth was very enjoyable. The unit however was in need of some work. The queen size bed in the loft has seen better days and should be replaced. The noise it made when one of the kids moved was very distracting making for an unpleasant night of sleep. The next time I reserve a unit I will check for internet connectivity and not assume it is always available in this day and time. Lighting in the bedroom was poor and made it difficult to read. The project overall was pleasant and I will consider staying at Bigwood in the future, but will do a better job of asking the right questions to make sure I have those thing I need available to me in the unit. Also, the Bear I encountered late one evening was a very interesting experience. It was a very close encounter I might add. At first I thought it was a very big dog until he looked back at me. You might want to put that out there to visitors. This big guy made it a point to venture through the project every night. It was exciting to wake up in the middle of the night to him trying to open the trash bin. Kid's got a kick out of it and he seem rather harmless.
Response from the manager Wow, you got to see one of the season's first bears! They just came out of their dens a couple of weeks ago. We'll send over your recommended improvements to the homeowner of this unit. Thank you so much for that information! Internet is Mammoth is straight from 1999... Luckily, they are finally running Fios cables up here via the Digital 395 project. Should be completed this summer. We've had residences on a 3-year waiting list to even get service at all, the bandwidth is completely tapped out. Thank you so much again and we'll hope to see you next time!!

The decorations and furniture where nice .Everything you would have needed was provided and although we didn't go to ski at the Eagle lodge it was very close by.

the place was good but we hear noices from the neighbor early in the morning.
