Esquina 10 is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath penthouse just across from Langosta beach and mile from the center of Tamarindo. This condo includes central a/c, cable TV, kitchen, shared swimming pool, shared rooftop terrace, private jacuzzi, and is just across the street from Langosta Beach. Sleeps 8 people.
Secure and serene- To allow you to fully take advantage of your unit and your Costa Rican experience all guests in this complex have access to the upper level terrace and view area. A perfect place to enjoy the sun and take in Costa Rica’s breath taking sunsets, with an amazing ocean and mountain view. The grounds are fully fenced and enclosed adding to the privacy and security of the complex. Also each unit enjoys it’s own secure parking spot inside the gate and there is 24 hour security. And if you have dirty laundry, this unit is equipped with a washer/dryer.
This unit has its own private Jacuzzi on the balcony off the living room, so hop in and relax.
If the jacuzzi gets too small, the big pool in the complex is a perfect option! Want to explore the beach? It’s super close you only have to walk across the street and you can explore Langosta beach, surf, swim, play in the sand or explore the many tide pools.
Your amazing unit comes with an amazing master bathroom, featuring a king size bed and sliding glass doors to a personal patio with two wooden chairs, a perfect place to have your morning coffee. Off the Master bedroom you have the master bathroom which contains a tile shower.
This second bedroom contains a comfortable queen sized bed, a closet, and sliding glass doors to a personal balcony. It has its own bathroom which contains a tile shower.
The third bedroom has a queen sized bed ready for you to settle in for the night and sliding glass doors to a mini balcony overlooking the pool and a view of the tops of beautiful tropical trees. This room also has its own bathroom which contains a tile shower.
Need an extra bed? Not a problem. This unit’s comfortable couch doubles as a pull out couch perfect for 1 to 2 people. Also in your living room there are three reading chairs a tv and lots of board games for you to use.
Dinner time! This unit features a full custom kitchen equipped with a double door fridge, counter top stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, wall oven, wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and a three person breakfast bar. Off this great kitchen are sliding glass doors to a bbq patio with a gas grill and four person wooden table. Once your meal is done, eat outside or head to the six person dining table inside your condo.
Out the sliding glass doors to the back of your living dining area you have a large balcony with a private jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining table.
Lucky for you your unit comes with a washer/dryer unit to your disposal.

“coming back !”
We stayed in #10 for two weeks and had a fabulous time. There were a few minor issues with the condo however, RPM staff dealt with them very quickly. The unit is very spacious and has everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. I would recommend the condo without hesitation. I would also like to say Lola at RPM was fantastic to deal with during the booking process and during our stay ! Thanks Lola

“great place to stay”
We stayed at La Esquina#10 for about 4 days in Feb 2013. Very nice condo, well furnished, clean, and everything in working order. The RPM staff was very helpful and just a couple blocks down the road. Only things to consider: the beach is very rocky for swimming - but very good for beach combing exploring. The beach at tamarindo is nice, but a 15 minute walk, which is also how long to get to most restauraunts/stores. Does make this a nice quite place to stay though. Highly recommend.

“Sunshine and room to spare.”
We rented a very nice three bedroom unit on the third floor with great views. The service at RPM is outstanding, and I'd definitely rent from them again. The only downside to this unit in La Esquina is hardly be blamed on the owner or the manager, but the road outside causes a lot of dust, which covers shrubbery, lawn furniture, and even permeates the pool. It's too bad that they can't control that dust!

We fell in love with Tamarindo as a result of our stay at La Esquina. The condo was very spacious; 3 bedrooms very comfortably accommodated all 7 of us. It was well equipped and it anticipated our needs from the gas grill on one of the balconies, to the hot tub on yet another, and it even included beach towels. We spent each evening enjoying birds, holler monkeys and the sunset on the palapa. We loved this place so much that we plan to return next summer with an even bigger gang of people.

This place is awesome--beautifully furnished and tons of space. We really enjoyed the private balconies, and sunsets from the rooftop deck were incredible. We loved everything about our stay here. The pool was great, the beach was just across the street, and restaurants were nice and close (but you'll want to get a car, it's a little far to walk and the roads are dusty). Also, the property management folks were friendly and very responsive. I'd highly recommend La Esquina #10 to anybody!!
“The property is great....”
The property is great. Everything about the condo amenities, its condition, etc were just as described in the on-line information. We booked a sailing/snorkling trip and a zip-line trip through the condo office and both were fantastic. The beach can be reached easily by walking a short distance through a "green zone" of trees where monkies and iguanas can sometimes be seen. The beach itself is nice although there are large rocks in the surf throughout much of the area. The only downside I'd mention is that the condo is located at the edge of Tamarindo about 1.5 miles down a dusty road(at least during the dry season - we were there in March). You can't really walk back to town as there are no sidewalks and the dust gets kicked up by every passing car. We didn't have a car and needed to take a taxi back into town to get dinner, etc. There are some nice restaurants in the town. I can recommend Nougai's as a casual restaurant with some typical Costa Rican style dishes. Also, Carolina's is a nice place that offers upscale cuisine at a reasonable price.
Really excellent place! Literally 500 feet from a fabulous beach (Longusta). Three large bedrooms with private balconies and bathrooms. Wonderful outdoor space. Very up to date, overall. I would LOVE to stay there again!

Elevator was not working, up in the third floor meant going up and down the stairs with cargo. Besides the place was dusty, thus as in the past spraying molasses on the road settles the problem. Guards should be more helpful with the ladies, at least assisting in loading unloading the vehicles within the building´s parking area.
“Geat spot in Costa Rica”
Just far enough out of the city to miss all the noise , the codo was huge and beautifully appointed and we really enjoyed the tea pool on the patio, what a cool idea!Three good restraunts you can walk to and the beach was 100 ft away through a park . We walked about 1000ft to the south to a huge sandy beach with no one on it that went for miles. Loved the place the food was way better than Mexico and the people were very helpful and friendly . Note when renting a car get a SUV the bigger the better as the roads are fairly rough and always keep the tank full as there are not many gas stations in Costa Rica and none by any of the beach towns.
