Duplex, 3 BR, 3 B. Island Club linens provided. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, water filter, 6 cable TVs, DVD player, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Large decks up and down with deck furniture, picnic table, porch swing, rockers, outside shower, ramp access to each side (not ADA approved). Weekly only. Small dogs allowed with $200 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, absolutely no cats). 1601 Ocean Drive.
EAST: Q * Q * Q * Q * 2B (1 D down, S up). Kitchen features stainless appliances, double ovens, granite countertops, cabinets and icemaker.
WEST: Q * Q * Q * Q * 2S * DSS. 46” HDTV in living area, free long distance in the US, answering machine, 3 wall-mounted hair dryers. No smoking.
This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

“Always good!”
One of the best beach rentals we've ever had. We particularly appreciate the outfitting of the kitchen and dining facilities. The smaller table for games is most helpful.

I appreciate you taking the time to discuss these items with us during your stay so we could have them investigated by our housekeeping department and preferred exterminator. The bugs which you found to be dead were the result of the monthly treatment which was performed prior to your arrival. Because of our dense vegetation and warm climate, an array of bugs are prevalent in our area. Our properties are sprayed regularly to keep these pests at bay. I am sorry that you found your dogs to have fleas during your vacation. This home was inspected before your departure and again after and no fleas were found within the property. I hope you have since been able to relieve your dogs of their fleas. Thank you again for your feedback.
