“Had a great time”

Reviewed 6 Aug 2017

Condo was wonderful. Only issues we had was the power would go off when we ran the micro wave. The elevator d idnt work the day we got there so moving luggage for he 3rd floor was a bit difficult. When we contacted the management they got right on fixing the issue. Over all I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

“we enjoyed our stay”

Reviewed 4 Jan 2015

Just finished a 2 weeks trip to southern California. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and we stayed at this bay front condo near mission bay for 11 days. The condo served us very well. The location is great, right in front of a park and the bay side trail. I used the trail multiple times to take a morning walk to mission beach or just walking around the bay. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen. With a 2-year old, it's a lot more convenient to cook dinner at "home" than eating out. It really made the condo felt like home. The condo has a full crib and a pack-n-play. We used the crib and my daughter slept well in there. Having 2 separate bedrooms is also a plus, so that my daughter can go to bed early and sleep in her own bedroom. We had a rental car, and it's an easy drive to the major attractions in san diego. SeaWorld is only a few minutes away. Highway access is quite straightforward, and it's within 30 minutes to balboa park, zoo, downtown, la jolla and other main attractions. Our trip was in December and it's a bit cold to get into water. So we didn't use the pool or any beach equipment that the condo provides. The condo has a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage, which is a plus, since it can be a bit hard to find street parking nearby. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and really like the condo. Nicole and the rental management company is easy to work with. This was the first time we rented a vacation home and their help made it quite easy for us. We would stay here again next time.

“Everything we wanted”

Reviewed 2 Aug 2014

The place exceeded our expectations and the pictures were spot on with how the condo looks. The view to the bay was spectacular. We spent most of our days walking a short couple minutes to the bay soaking up the sun and playing in the water.   The kitchen and bedrooms were well equipped with everything we needed and we felt right at home.  We would definitely refer and rent again

“Beautiful Condo in San Diego!”

Reviewed 5 Mar 2014

We really enjoyed the convenience and space afforded here over any hotel room and at a great price! Nicole was very easy to work with through the registration process and arrival check-in and check-out was a breeze. Plenty of room for a small family or two couples, a beautiful living room with lots of bright windows and great view of Fanuel Park and the bay. We loved the kitchen and dining area and stayed in many evenings for dinner. From the condo it is so easy to get to Sea World, Old Town, the harbor and airport and downtown San Diego even without getting on the I-5 freeway. We loved San Diego -- this was our first visit. Very friendly people, beautiful beaches, it is truly a welcome change from la and San Francisco's hustle and bustle. Don't miss the Zoo and Sea World, the USS Midway and Seaport Village. You can definitely find plenty to do and still have time to relax on the great beaches.

“Location, View and Comfort!!”

Reviewed 2 Feb 2014

Our stay at #3D exceeded our expectations in many ways. The unit is beautifully furnished, and very comfortable with all daily living amenities provided. The view of the park and bay beyond is delightful and it was interesting to watch the rowers, yoga class, paddle boarders, etc. In addition to the fabulous bayfront walkway, we loved walking to and from the ocean front at Pacific Beach. The perfect combination of both waterfronts! It was quiet most of the time and we always felt safe. Maybe it was because we were there in January, but there were few obvious tourists ...just mostly local young families and young professionals around the park and bay. Very nice!! The only negative experience was on arrival in the dark and figuring out unit access with the multiple keys, gates, codes, elevator. It is only a matter of improving the instructions to guests...which I have passed along to mgmt. There was a very helpful notebook inside the unit that was a great reference for the building and the area. This location was ideal for accessing attractions south...all that San Diego has to offer...and north e.g., Torrey Pines State Preserve Trails and La Jolla. We will definitely pass along info about this unit to our friends and hope to come back ourselves in the future.

“Wonderful condo!!!”

Reviewed 19 Sep 2013

I recently got back from a 5 night stay at this beautiful condo in San Diego with my husband and 2 year old daughter. The location could not be better. We traveled all over San Diego visiting Coronado mulitple times, Balboa Park, Sea World, Little Italy, Seaside Village, and La Jolla and it was 15 minutes or less to all these destinations from this condo. It was great! It is also located right there on the bay with a great little playground for children right across the street. The condo was in pristine condition. It was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the fact that it had nice beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, & toys for us to take with us to the beach. The only thing that I would advise on is that it does not have an air conditioner although it really wasnt a big deal because the weather was great and there are a lot of windows that allow air flow. Overall our visit to San Diego was amazing and we definitely want to go back!

“Great Condo in Mission Bay”

Reviewed 8 Jul 2013

4090 Fanuel Street was exactly what we wanted for our week n San Diego. Close to the bay, the ocean, restaurants and bars whilst also being quiet and relaxing. The condo was clean and tidy and evidenced a recent, high quality makeover which made our stay all the more pleasant. Top rental for a small family or couple!

“All the comforts of home”

Reviewed 30 May 2013

This condo had it all! The location was amazing. Across the street from a great park and the bay. Just a short walk to the ocean. We enjoyed walking to many of the great places in Pacific Beach. It was perfect for our family. They had everything in the condo. Well stocked kitchen, all the supplies you could need and a crib and high chair for our little one. The condo has been recently remodeled. Everything was brand new. Great beds and all the comforts of home. Our kids loved the pool and how close it was to the park. Working with the rental company was a breeze. They were super responsive and helpful.

“Happy Coloradan”

Reviewed 17 May 2013

This immaculately clean and rather upscale condo is ideally situated on the bay in San Diego which is generally quieter than ocean locations. The two bedrooms, plus hide-a-bed couch in the living room, make it ideal for a family gathering. There is even a crib and high chair for a tiny one. The kitchen has almost anything you would need to cook up a storm, even though it is walking distance to many restaurants in the area. All the everyday needs from groceries to gas stations are near by. The free laundry and gated parking are a valuable plus and the elevator makes it accessible to the handicapped. The park opposite the beach is wonderful, and the bay boardwalk is a relaxed alternative to the seaside boardwalk. There is beach and water equipment right in the apartment. And Balboa Park and the rest of the San Diego area are a short hop away. All in all, it's a wonderful home away from home.
