We are the winner of Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence 2014. DURING THE 1ST OF OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND TO THE 30ST OF MARCH YOU CAN RENT THE APARTMENT FOR 500 EUROS PER MONTH INCLUDING ALL EXPENSES.The apartment is on the first floor and has a large sunny terrace. It is fully furnished and equipped for 4 persons, suitable for families and couples. It has all the amenities of home and it is decorated in Mediterranean host. The interior is renovated in 2012.The dining room, kitchen and the bathroom are fully and modern equipped, too.There are 2 bedrooms, one with king bed, and another with two separated beds. There is also the baby bed in the apartment. You can also cook food on the barbecue on the terrace and use the fresh herbs we cultivate in the garden. There is less than five minutes walk from the house to the beautiful, warm sea and the main beach with pebbly and cliffs. The old town center is 15 minutes walk away and the road passes through the deep shade of pine trees. Not far from the house, in the center of the town, is well supplied supermarket, vegetables and fish market, restaurants, bank, doctor, pharmacy etc

“This is a gem in the heart of Stari Grad”

The superbly equipped apartment is situated 5 mins from swimming and 5 mins from the restaurants yet very peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The owners are very kind and helpful
