The Dulany at the Gondola, the name of this property says it all! If you enjoy all the conveniences of being located at the base of the ski resort and within walking distance of the gondola, shopping and some of Steamboat’s finest restaurants, than this is the ideal location for your family. If members of your family are going to be in ski school, the meeting place is also located right next to the gondola, so it is very easy to drop your kids off in the morning and enjoy some turns without the little ones in tow. There is also a new outdoor entertainment area with two large capacity hot tubs, outdoor gas grills and also seating around a gas fire ring.
This 2bed/2ba unit has an updated kitchen with slab granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a separate dining area with plenty of seating for family and friends. The living room includes a flat screen TV, dvd player and a New leather couch and love seat. The master bedroom has a king bed, attached full bathroom, flat screen TV and access to the patio via a sliding glass door. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, attached full bathroom and also a flatscreen TV. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo and separate ski storage in the same building located on the lower level off the elevator.

“Dulany 202, Steamboat Springs”
The condo was very spacious (a massive improvement on any we stayed in either in France or Italy) and well furnished. We rented it for four people and it only had a king bed and two double beds plus a sofa sleeper in the living room. It was very spacious and could have comfortably added two more people. The location was super - one minute walk to the gondola and a true ski in at the end of the day. Would highly recommend. Great value.

I can only imagine how convenient this location is in the winter. Liked staying here in the summer - can hike up the ski mountain out of the building, bus transportation to town is super convenient, etc. etc. Condo structure has an 80's feel but the courtyard is brand new with two great large hot tubs/pools. Gas barbeque was awesome. Would recommend...

We stayed in this condo unit for 4 nights in March 2013 with another couple. There was a king bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other.The second bedroom wasn't very big but we only stayed in it to sleep so it really didn't matter. The unit is only one flight up from the street and right by the hot tubs. If you need it, the shuttle picks you up right by the hot tubs so you can basically see it from your door and run down to jump in. You can also ski through a very thin path on the left side of the children's ski school area to the hot tubs or even to the steps if there is enough snow on the ground. There is a small market across the street that is really only good for things you may run out of or forget because it is expensive. The place is a great location for everything and would recommend staying here for the price. Best snow in the state.
“We loved our stay!!”
We were so happy with the condominium! It is furnished beautifully with plenty of room for a family of four (six if you use the pullout couch in the main room). The complex has a small pool and great hot-tub as well as outdoor grills plus free parking. We could walk anywhere we wanted including the gondola base, coffee shops, restaurants, retail and a great little market across the street. You cannot get closer to the base area than this and stay in such a comfortable and well-priced condo! We will definitely be regulars!
