Luxury 3 bed villa rental in Peyia, Papohos, Cyprus. Located near Paphos, on the sunny Mediterranean island of Cyprus, Villa Harmony is a beautiful 3 bedroom (all en-suite), stone-built, traditional detached Cypriot villa. It is facing onto its own private infinity swimming pool and private landscaped gardens and with panoramic sea views over Coral Bay and Sea Caves.


We also have a 4 bedroom villa next door, Villa Adonia (also listed on this site,ref 54033), if extra accommodation/room is needed.

Our beautiful villa is located in the traditional village of Peyia and conveniently placed 25 mins drive from Paphos Airport, 15 mins drive from Paphos town and 5 mins drive to Coral Bay Beach resort. The centre of Peyia village, complete with restaurants, tavernas, banks and shops is only five or so minutes walk along a well-lit road.

Inside, we have a fully-equipped kitchen, full air conditioning/central heating in every room and a gas fire in the lounge, offering year-round comfort. The villa has been tastefully decorated to an exceptional standard. In fact, Villa Harmony has been refurnished with new bedding, curtains and furniture ready for the new season in 2017 and updated for 2018. It truly is luxurious accommodation that regularly receives 5* recommendations and reviews.

Very well equipped with comfortable furniture, SKY channels, Freeview and Catch up Internet TV, DVD, CD and WiFi (see further info below re languages for TV).

The landscaped private gardens surround a spectacular private Infinity pool offering views over the coastline from Sea Caves to Paphos. A large area of patio surrounds the pool for plenty of sun. There are also areas of cover, for those who prefer to stay in the shade.

Master Bedroom, en-suite – king size bed, window and patio doors leading onto a large balcony with sea views and overlooking the pool. Very large en-suite bathroom with mountain views and Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Located upstairs.

Each balcony has furniture to relax on to admire the views!

We are able to provide our guests with TV stations in many languages and channels, which include, UK, Turkish, Irish, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, US, Italian, Indian, Pakistani Sports, Polish and Arabic.


Peyia Village square, with its traditional Cypriot Tavernas, serving local dishes also has banks, a post-office, bars, tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets. Our Villa is just a 5-7 minute walk into the Village Square, which is the centre of all amenities. There is a nearby gym with daily fitness classes for the active people.

Peyia Village Centre is a 5 minute drive from Coral Bay beach resort and our villas have panoramic sea views. Paphos, the main town, which has a bustling harbour, market, shops & nightlife is 15 minutes coastal drive to the south. The well-known fishing harbour of Latchi, the mythical baths of Aphrodite and the Polis town are a 25 minutes scenic drive away from the villa. A 10 minute drive up the coast will take you to the picturesque bay of St. George, leading to the Akamas peninsula, an area of natural beauty.

Getting around

Car hire is inexpensive in Cyprus and we can recommend a good company. Taxis and buses are also plentiful, with a bus every 20 minutes from Coral Bay to Paphos and a less frequent service from Peyia to Coral Bay.
