Description

There are few resort experiences as unique as Sundance and there are few places on earth that you can spend a few days that are as idyllic as this particular setting at Sundance. The branches of old growth fir trees brush the cabin’s windows. A year-round stream runs along the foundation on two sides providing ambiance and natural summer air conditioning. It gurgles under an eating/barbecuing deck leading to an 8 person hot-tub, tucked back in the pines. Two bedrooms have private decks overlooking the stream.

The cabin is open and airy inside with walls of windows; you feel like you’re living in the trees. The whole house has radiant floor heating so even on the snowiest days you can be barefoot in the forest. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace and watch TV or listen to music on a state-of-the-art theater sound system. Cook a meal in a gourmet kitchen when you’re not in the mood to make the short walk through the woods to the great restaurants and bar at Sundance.

We live and work nearby - so we're always available. So relax and enjoy, we're at your service and happy to help maximize the value of your time away at our house. Getting around

You could take UTA public transport to get to Sundance but you won't like the experience. A car of some sort is required. You can rent one obviously but limo and other transport companies can get you there from the airport. There are many. During the winter people often ask if they NEED a 4WD vehicle. The answer is that 75% of the time you might not. But when it snows, UHP may post the 4WD or Chains required warning and they will post an officer at the entrance to Sundance Canyon and religiously enforce it. So, if you want to be able to get into and out of Sundance in winter for sure, have 4WD.

I'd like to say that contributed a lot to your perspective that the main floor of the house is dark. We're surrounded by firs and when the sun is shining you get beautiful dappled sunlight in the house. When we built the house we put in as much glass as we could to capture it. How do damage deposits work?
