- City tax: 0,72 Euros per night per person over 16 years old.
- Late check in after 9pm/21h - 30€ extra charge

Cosy, authentic and genuine, our Garden House apartment in Barcelona, is located in the nodenist Catalan neighbourhood of the Eixample right distric and just a stroll away from Gaudi famous spot: La Sagrada Família. A convenient place to stay if you want to explore the city and its wonders.
85 m2 of apartment plus the luxury of a 85 m2 private terrace accesible from the living room wide glass doors.
**THE TERRACE IS ONLY FOR DAY TIME USE - The No.1 house rule is that the terrace is closed after 22h, so guests shall not be outside between 22-8h.
The terrace is worth an special mention. If you want a fresh and chilled-out place, this is the right spot to take a nap, sunbathe or have breakfast in the fresh morning air. This will be a meeting point any time of the day. On weekends, you can spend almost all of your time there, al fresco.
The large, bright and full of natural light living and dining room, is laid out in two distinctive atmospheres: the comfortable living with a large 50" plasma TV and the practical and classy dining area with a wooden antique table that opens to host up to eight fellow diners. There are three bedrooms, two doubles with twin beds and large wardrobes, one of them also offers a working space, and the master room that boasts a double bed plus a single, creating a chill out space or a perfect place to have our children controlled aside. It has also a large wardrobe and all rooms have aircon splitters and face the terrace. Ceramic flooring and two modern designer bathrooms, make the offer complete.
Usually or eventually, you would love to cook your own meals... a fully equiped kitchen, with all sorts of gadgets, sleek cabinetry and stainless steel apliances, has been displayed for your enjoyment.
It is important to stay in contact with friends, family and work, and all of this can be done by using our great fiber optic internet connection, faster than any other in the market.
Our Garden House is located in the Eixample, which translates as "extension" in recognition of its status as the newer part of the city, is a large area north of Plaça Catalunya spreading left and right of Passeig de Gracia. Nowadays Eixample is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's art nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area.
The right side of the Eixample is the older part and therefore has more of the impressive architecture, as the amazing La Sagrada Familia, less than a 8 minute walk from our Graden House but really there is not a huge difference between the two sides. It is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving café culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many terrace cafes. However the area is very central and most other parts of the city are within walking distance.

Nos habría gustado recibir sus comentarios durante su visita para haber podido verificar y reaccionar. Sin embargo, dos años después solo podemos asegurarle que nuestro equipo de bienvenida está conformado por gente amable, que disfruta compartiendo información de nuestra ciudad con nuestros huéspedes. En cuanto a su comentario de que la propiedad era oscura, se trata de un apartamento con ventanas externas en todas las habitaciones y en el salón puertas de cristal que dan paso a una terraza privada de 50 mts2, por lo que le aseguro que la luz natural no es un problema en este apartamento. Esta última observación me hace dudar de si estamos hablando de la misma propiedad. :-) Un saludo, bizFlats
