Par 4 Villa 21 is an one-floor exclusive luxurious villa. It is ideal for families with children or people with reduced mobility. It is a very intimate, private and well-distributed villa with ample common and comfortable spaces. Without a doubt it is one of our favorite properties due to its quality-price relation.

 

Each one of our villas are decorated with its personal style, but keeping their essence. This vacation villa is located in the Salobre Golf’s natural environment, with its marvelous open views to our mountains and the golf course. Par 4 Villa 21 is situated only 10 minutes by car away from the island’s tourist center of Maspalomas and Meloneras.

 

• What can we find in Par 4 Villa 21?

 

This fabulous villa consists of three double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second and the third bedrooms have two single beds each one and they share a bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool through ample large windows, enjoying magnificent views. 

 

This luxurious villa’s interior is completed with an ample fully-equipped kitchen and a dining and living room framed by natural stone with direct access to a fabulous terrace. 

 

The heatable 8x4 swimming pool is in the outer part of the property (pool heating service not included in the price), with saline treatment, gardening area and an extend semi-covered terrace with living and dining furniture, ideal to enjoy Gran Canaria’s weather at any time of the year.

Welcome and key handover by our staff until 20.00 hours. 

 

Guests have an exclusive “welcome pack” with basic products to spend the day in the villa.

 

Daily fresh bread delivery service at the property

 

Complete weekly cleaning with change of sheets set and towels for stays over 1 week.

 

A cot and a high chair will be provided for children under 2. Please let us know when you book if we need them as we only place them when they are requested.

Well located villa 15 mins drive from maspalomas and 30 mins from port Morgan. Villa is well equipped with lovely pool and great outdoor area. 2nd and 3rd bedroom small and share a small bathroom.
