Location Location Location! The entrance to Park City Mountain Resort is just across the street! This way you can be on the slopes, enjoying the fresh powder minutes after your arrival and to get first tracks in the early morning.
This is just the perfect condo for your next Park City vacation! It features incredible views of Park City Mountain Resort, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, HDTVs, a large breakfast bar with seating for six (6) and a welcoming family room with talk cathedral ceilings. This beautiful and modern property is comfortable and convenient to all who visit. If you are looking to have a memorable and fun ski or summer vacation this year, this is just the destination for you!
Once you enter the home, head down the hallway to find the open and bright living room and updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The living room is spacious in size and designed to capture the western-mountain view. The place is comfortably furnished with a sofa, lounge chairs, 52" HDTV and mountain finishes. This is the perfect place, after a day on the ski slopes or an afternoon exploring Historic Park City, to sit back and lounge on the plush sofa by the wood-burning fireplace. The room is also equipped with enhanced cable TV & a DVD player to enjoy your favorite sports game or a family movie. The sliding door offers access to the private west-facing balcony with expansive views of the Wasatch Mountains and Park City Mountain Resort. The large couch also seconds as a pullout sofa bed, which can accommodate two (2) Guests.
The open concept kitchen was also has been remodeled to modernize the property and to give it a homely and inviting feel. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and other small household appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, teakettle and more. The counter top provides a generous eating and food preparation area and is nicely finished in a dark quartz stone. The cabinets are well stocked with cookware, corning ware, dishes and flatware. The wrap-around kitchen also seconds as a breakfast bar / dining area with bar stool seating for six (6) and looks out to the living space, which is ideal for entertaining family and Guests.
This condominium can comfortably sleep six (6) 6 people with 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and 2 bathrooms. The master suite is located in the loft and features a king size bed with high quality linens & bedding and a private en suite bathroom. The room is also quite spacious in size and has a large closet & dresser for your personal belongings. From the upstairs, you can look outside and see the base of the town's main ski resort. The bathroom features a sink & counter separate from the toilet and shower, so that it can ben shared in the mornings.
The second bedroom is located on the main floor and has 2 twin beds. The room is also nicely furnished a large wooden dresser for two and a 42" HDTV with enhanced cable. The main floor bathroom has also been updated and is equipped with a sink and spacious counter, separate from the shower, tub and toilet.
A hot tub is available (winter months only) with a laundry room and storage on the ground floor for your ski equipment.
Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months. Fans are provided.
There is a parking lot and garage for your convenience, if space is available.
For those that plan to venture outside the downtown area, there is free transportation to Deer Valley, The Canyons, Olympic Park, Kimball Junction, or The Outlet Mall, which is the largest in Utah. Just walk to the bus stop, which is directly outside the condo and you're off ... for free. Enjoy the best snow on earth just across the street or you are within walking distance to all Main Street shops, theater, restaurants, local events and the town chairlift.

Does not have enough dishes on kitchen. There was like 5 cups and only 3 coffee cups . If you plan on cooking you may need to bring some of your own dishes
