Welcome to this newly renovated & spacious Red Pine Condo near Canyons Resort. This open and bright 2BR/2BA mountain condo has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay during your next ski vacation! From this Red Pine Condo, you can easily access the Cabriolet Lift, which will take you to the base area of Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah, making this an ideal & convenient location for year-round activities. After a day on the slopes, relax in the Clubhouse sauna, or take a dip in one of the heated outdoor pools; all at an affordable price. Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main Street and Deer Valley Resort are just minutes away and are quickly accessible by the free city transit system.
The living room and open kitchen are definitely the center of the home and an excellent place to entertain family and friends. The living area is fully furnished with a large L-shaped plush leather sofa, a gas burning fireplace with river-rock detailing, and an HDTV complete with cable & a DVD player. From the living room, Guests can easily access a private balcony with mountain views via the sliding doors. Vaulted ceilings and large windows all around the main living area allows for lots of natural light to fill and warm the room.
As with much of the home, the kitchen too has been updated to better suit your needs and expectations during your Park City vacation. The renovated kitchen has been re-designed with an open layout and features a brand new kitchen island with seating for six (6), new chestnut hardwood cabinets, recessed lighting and industrial hardwood flooring. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove / oven, microwave and a complete array of other small household appliances. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare all at-home meals including cookware, corning ware, flatware and more.
The first bedroom is located on the main floor and is complete with a full bathroom. It is comfortably equipped with a queen-size bed, quality linens and bedding, dresser, closet and reading chair. The bedroom also features a large bay window, which gives you stunning views of the Wasatch every morning. The main floor bathroom has also been updated to suit the fresh modern atmosphere of the condo. The first bathroom features new wood cabinetry, an extra long counter with sink, and a separate area with tub & shower combination and toilet.
On the upper floor, you'll find a second bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, comfortable linens & bedding, dressers, reading chair and and great mountain views from the window. Next to the bedroom is a loft bedroom area with two single beds and dresser. The two upstairs bedrooms share a renovated full bath that features a large vanity, new hardwood cabinetry and a separate area with toilet, shower & bath combination.

“Nice place, one or two quirks”
First of all, the good: This condo is in a great location, easy to get to, well stocked, comfortable, and a nice home away from home. The sitting room downstairs is comfy with a nice flat screen and a comfortable sectional to sit on. The kitchen has all the utensils you would ever need. It even had a small toaster oven stowed in one of the cabinets that I was able to use to reheat some pizza. Plenty of beds; we had 3 kids with us and they were all very comfortable. My son loved having a king sized bed all to himself in the loft area. Two bathrooms were nice, and on a whole the place was quite clean. Only had a couple of complaints, both having to do with the security of the doors. The sliding glass door leading to the balcony would not latch; the only thing keeping it from fully opening was a wood pole in the track. There was a security latch, but try as we might we could not get it to make up. The door would slide open several inches before hitting the wood pole and we were worried about leaving valuables in the condo. We packed all electronics whenever we left just in case. The front door was extremely difficult to lock/unlock. When we arrived it was cold, and the bolt on the lock would not retract and let us in. I had to jiggle and jostle the door for almost 5 minutes before finding the right combination of moves while entering the combination. Upon opening the door, I found out why. The jamb was damaged, looked like maybe the door had been kicked or pried open at some point. The first time we left and tried to lock the door it was the same process as opening it. Took several minutes before we could finally get the bolt to extend into the jamb. These were the only two issues we had, not enough to ruin the vacation at all, but enough to deduct one star. If not for these two issues, I would have happily given 5 stars, it really is a nice place for a great price. We would stay there again.

“Great, very clean, well stocked kitchen in the Canyons”
This condo was very comfortable for the six of us. Parents and 4 young adult children. Double sink area with 1st floor bathroom made it easy for getting dressed in mornings. Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry located in clubhouse which is only a short walk. Short walk (uphill) to slopes or ride up from the cabriolet. Quiet at night. Recommend having a car since bus stops not real close.

“Value and limited”
We enjoyed our stay and overall would go back again. Good value, decent space. Nice BBQ outside, dishwasher, two full bath make it great for one family. Not spacious really, small tv. Missing the pool card for 24 hours and a heavy smoker next door were the main complaints.
“Canyon Resort Red Pine”
The condo pictures are not as good as being there! The views from the deck while enjoying breakfast or evening BBQ are amazing! All the comforts of home in the condo including Wifi (a necessity ). The swimming 3 swimming pools & two hot tubs are a plus! So much to do at Canyons Resort and the Park City area! We'll be going back to stay!
