Description

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo centrally located in Park City, Utah at Prospector Square. This New Claim Condominiums features comfy queen beds in each bedroom and two full bathrooms – one for each bedroom. The living area has comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and private balcony. The living room couch also converts to a sleeper sofa if you have a larger group.

The property is 875 square feet and can easily accommodate six people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal or snack. The full kitchen features a stove/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar attached to the kitchen, which is perfect for family or entertaining.

Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months.

This property is centrally located in downtown Park City. The free public transit system makes it easy to access all of the resorts, attractions, restaurants, shopping and activities. There is quick and easy access to Historic Main Street, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Ski Resort, and Canyons Resort. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and just 100 yards from one of Park City's many biking and walking trails. Located one block from Sundance Film Festival Headquarters.

it wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst. It was smaller then expected. The towels were dirty, I was upset about that. But over all it did the job, it was a place to crash after a long day of snowboarding/skiing. The checking in was easy, the location was good.

How do damage deposits work?
