Only 30 min away from Tampa International Airport, (TIA) with direct conections now to London, unit is Ideally located on Florida's Gulf Coast just minutes from many of America's best beaches.

The apartment is situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Tarpon, just north of Clearwater. Tampa International Airport is just 30 minutes away, with the major theme parks in Orlando only 90 minutes away. Relax by the pool and in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the waterfront environment. Minutes away are an abundance of malls, restaurants, parks, beaches, golf courses, tennis, free parks and endless activities for young or old. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Just contact us and let us know if you have special requests upon your arrival and we will try to accommodate you.

Getting around

we do recommend a car. Buss it is an option. You have the stop station right in front of our comunity, however not the best way to visit and enjoy all that is to do in the area.( not recommended).

If anything you need is not provided in the unit, we will be more than happy to help you with. Just call or text , and we will be prompt to answer you.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Owner Mari is a lovely woman who was a pleasure to meet. It is in a great location; close to Tarpon Springs and great beaches.
