If you are looking for somewhere to relax, unwind, meet, bond, and have a little fun - you do not have to look any further. The peacefulness, serenity, and tranquility become more apparent the longer you stay. After your stay with us, you will feel rested, rejuvenated, and refreshed. This 9400 sf Estate is located in Old Kindherhook, a gated and golfing community, located on "the quiet side" of the Lake of the Ozarks. The Estate is at the highest elevation in the community which provides breathtaking views including 3 decks and 2 patios that overlook an 18 hole Tom Weiskopf award-winning golf course and the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. You can navigate the 4 levels of the Estate by the use of the cherry wood elevator or marble staircase.

Take a stroll or hike through the 90 acres of woods, with path access, directly behind the estate to reconnect with nature or enjoy the on campus amenities at your disposal. Just a golf cart ride away from the marinas, lake, golf course, driving range, spa, and restaurants of Old Kinderhook.

Old Kinderhook is a 700+ acre residential golf and lake community located on the south-west end of the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. The Tom Weiskopf Signature Semi-Private Course is open to guests and nestled in the Missouri Ozark hills. The course is renowned for its unsurpassed drama: valleys, waterfalls, hills, trees and water hazards. The elevation changes and breath taking views will thrill you at every hole. To get around on the lake you can bring your boat, rent a boat/jet ski, take one of many boat tours, or take the water taxi. To get around by land you can drive a car, hire an uber, rent one of many for hire transportation services (vans/bus/limo), or hire a taxi. To get around our gated community you can drive a car, rent a golf cart, or walk (lake and both pools are less than a mile from estate).

How do damage deposits work?
