Description

Start a family tradition in this 3rd floor, 1,300 square foot, luxurious beachfront condominium that is a corner unit on the West end. Island Royale is located one block from downtown Gulf Shores, making it easy walking to all Gulf Shores has to offer, including The Hangout, Bahama Bob's, Pier 33 Grocery and the Pink Pony. Unlike other condo complexes, Island Royale is newer but smaller, and helps you escape from the crowds that populate other parts of the beach.

This unit features three bedrooms, three baths, beautiful décor, furnishings and nine foot ceilings throughout. It is even a non-smoking unit! It has a fully-equipped kitchen that includes all the amenities of home - granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, pantry, dishes and cookware. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer, and tile floors throughout the common areas.

Begin each morning with a cup of coffee on a 350 square foot deck watching the sunrise over one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Hunt for shells at low tide. Spend the daylight hours relaxing on the beach, playing with the kids, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, and enjoying world-class golf at the Peninsula or Kiva Dunes golf courses. Watch the sunset from your private balcony and enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing!

The living room and the master suite both have access to the large private beachfront balcony. The living room is comfortable and the sofa makes out into a queen-size sleeper. The Living room has a 42' HDTV, and the Master has a 32' HDTV. The other 2 bedrooms also have TV's.

Building amenities include 200 feet of private beach, beachside heated indoor/outdoor pool, 2 heated whirlpool hot-tubs, exercise room w/Gulf views, steam room, sauna, wireless internet access, grilling area, volleyball area, bike racks and covered parking. Parking passes can be purchased on site, and are $25/each

How do damage deposits work?
