Come escape to our fabulous Summer Breeze vacation lake house. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished home is perfectly located on 100 feet of prime Lake Marble Falls water front. Three minutes from everything in town, you can actually walk across the bridge to your favorite restaurant or to do some shopping on Main Street. The Summer Breeze vacation rental offers a large lake view porch, the perfect lodging place for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. Very close to Horseshoe Bay golf . Why stay in a small hotel room?..…When you can sprawl out in paradise!!!

This home has 2 king beds and 2 twin beds, which sleeps a maximum of 6; perfect for a family or group of friends looking to spend quality time in a beautiful setting. The kitchen is fully equipped. You only need to bring food and drinks. All towels and linens are provided. We even have a washer and dryer for those of you who decide to stay longer and run out of clothes! Imagine yourself fishing, swimming, reading, boating, sunning, or just relaxing on our dock by the water. We have a canoe and life jackets free of charge at the water for your use. The lake is accessed by a very sturdy spiral staircase. Lake Marble Falls is a constant level lake so you never have to worry about it being low. You are sure to make life long memories at the Summer Breeze vacation rental. Family owned and operated since 2003.

Two night minimum on weekends and three night minimum on holidays and boat race weekend.

How do damage deposits work?

If Shereen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
