“Very Enjoyable”

Reviewed 3 Jul 2013

We get to Telluride as often as possible. And this condo was great, especially having 7 children the condo was the perfect size for the little amount if time we were inside. Our only complaint would be the lack if ceiling fans or just portable fans in the rooms, it got quite stuffy during the day and would take till about 2 am to get down to a comfortable temp. But the kitchenette and the living room areas were great!

Response from the manager Thank you for your review. We'll make sure there is more than one fan for this condo, to help with air circulation in the warm months. Thanks for the feed back. -LizaT

“Great Place”

Reviewed 22 Mar 2013

Although the decor is a bit dated, this place was great for our yearly ski trip. Can't beat the location as it is just steps from the chair lift. Easy parking, very clean, comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend. We got into town late and keys and map were waiting at the office for us just as promised. Check out was just as easy as we were able to leave the keys right in the condo so we were able to hit the slopes for one last day.

Response from the manager Thanks for your review. We hope we met all your expectations, and you'll be back again for another great stay in Telluride. -LizaT

“Service should be much better for Telluride...”

Reviewed 16 Jan 2013

I've stayed at the Telluride lodge 3 times in the last 3 years now, and most recently I was annoyed because they moved the check in office halfway across town from this lodge. That was an unpleasant surprise after a long drive and finding out that now I need to find parking in town just to check in. Our room also took literally 24 hours to heat up (the first night we were freezing!). The heaters in the room work very slowly. It would have been nice if someone from the lodge would have heated up the room before guests showed up for their stay. The jacuzzi's chlorine levels were so bad the first night my eyes almost bled. Other than that, the stay was what I expected it to be, not amazing but not horrible.

Response from the manager From a repeat guest, your review is even more helpful. Thanks for taking the time to submit. Moving the check-in location was a difficult choice. But we're also looking at new technology and apps to assist with "remote" check-in, and appreciate your feedback. The semi-dead heater upstairs has been replaced. I'll pass on the hot tub comments to the HOA maintenance team. Call me for your next booking, and I'll see if we can get you a "complimentary upgrade", for your 4th stay in Telluride Lodge. -Liza T

“Very pleasant & roomy - best part was the staff!!! Thanks guys!!”

Reviewed 6 Aug 2012

Overall the unit was spacious & pleasant. Locations was good, close to Clark's Market. Quiet neighborhood. Really appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. :) Also, the indoor hallway (we had rain off & on during the week). We've already recommened it to some of our family & friends. What we didn't care for: the very firm twin beds in the upstairs bedroom & the sliding glass door didn't open in the main bedroom. Will plan to stay longer on our next visit!!! (It's multi-split level which we enjoyed.)

Response from the manager Thank you for your review. Your stay was one of the first with the new sofa, chairs, and bedding. With your feedback, we have a work order in to address the high-resistance of the sliding doors. And we'll look forward to your return. --LizaT

“Unrestful”

Reviewed 23 Jul 2012

This condo required hauling your luggage up numerous stairs including the condo. The condo was very dated with torn furniture, moths everywhere, and uncomfortable beds. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep because the bedroom with the queen sized bed faced a street that was very noisy when the bars let out at 2 am. People shouting and singing in the streets. I would never stay at this lodge again. It looks like nothing has ever been updated to brighten the place up including the bent metal blinds.

“Cheap and smoky!”

Reviewed 2 Feb 2012

I though the unit was just fine for the price. The decor was dated, late 1970's rang a bell! But hey, in this economy it was about the only way I could take my family skiing. The only trouble we had was with the nieghbor in Unit 312, we had to call the police multiple times to stop the loud music and marijuana smoke.

Response from the manager May 18, 2012 - New sofa & chair on the way. Other new decor updates in the works. August 2012 - photos of new look now online. Feb. 6, 2012: I have to agree that the general decor is rather dated (I'd say mid-80s), with the only updates recently being in the kitchen. I will pass on your take on the decor to the owners.

“very nice place, very close to lift 7”

Reviewed 15 Jan 2010

the service was very good, the home was very comfortable, an the location is perfect because is very close to lift 7. What i like the most was everything except the hight price on the lift tickets.

Response from the manager We are so glad that you enjoyed you stay, we also value your feedback. Thanks Again
