Description

Our Condo in Los Pinos is located only a block away from the Ski Lifts (Ski Out Access). Upon entering the Condo, you step into a cozy living room with comfy furniture surrounding a large stone fireplace. A nice flat screen TV with Cable connection and DVD player makes it a perfect place for comfortable family entertaiment. Just off to the side is a grand dinner area for six. The kitchen is complete with granite tile counters and all the cooking utensils needed to prepare gourmet meals. The large master bedroom offers a comfy king sized bed and a private bath. The second bedroom comes equipped with a twin over full bunk bed, perfect for kids or adults. Highspeed wireless internet connection is available all through Condo, bring your lap-top along to eMail your digital pictures to friends and family.

There is a nice and clean second bathroom with easy access from the second bedroom and the living area. Our unit has two decks.The deck in the back overlooks the scenic outdoor view speckled with stones and sprouting beautiful pine trees. The pine trees are homes to some chatty little squirrels and birds during summer. They also have a guest fox visiting them a couple times a day. It is a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, and it is a great area for a few high spirited, adventurous kids to play around, have fun, and still be supervised directly from the deck! The deck in the front has a good view of the condominium buildings, and of the road.

This Condo also comes with a personal one-car garage with heating and a ski rack. And if needed, there is space for an extra car out on the driveway.

Both the free ski shuttle and town shuttle buses stop at the end of the street for your convenience. The downtown shops, restaurants and entertainment are just minutes away by foot if you prefer the exercise.

It is truly a home away from home!
