You will not find a more family friendly venue in Olympia able to accommodate large groups effortlessly. Equestrian property provides the weary with peaceful surroundings of lilacs, green rolling pastures, walking trails, and wildlife, all just 6 minutes from I-5.
The estate is a 4 story, 4000 sf remodeled 1920's farm house located on 35 acres of pasture and trees, one mile from the Puget Sound waterfront and 10 minutes from historic downtown Olympia. Spacious floor plan boasting soaring ceilings, hand crafted 2 story river rock fireplace, radiant heat floors, culinary artist kitchen, state of the art pool and hot tub, window wrapped master with giant shower room with three heads, stunning views of Mt. Rainier, original wood floors, crystal door knobs and brass accents throughout. The manor offers elegant yet warm touches throughout, creating that perfect environment to make you feel pampered and relaxed.
We do allow weddings, receptions, and other social events to take place on site, but the rates are not listed here. The rates listed are for up to 10 overnight guests only. Weddings and receptions start at $1500.

Response from the owner Sally, I am so sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the condition of the property. We had just hired a new house cleaning team around the time of your stay and they have since been let go. It was clear they couldn't meet our high standards of preparation. We have completed a thorough renovation since your stay as things needed a freshening up. We have installed a new hot tub cover, replaced a broken bed frame, replaced all outdoor furniture, painted, added transition strips, renovated closets, resealed tile grout, and more. The place looks amazing. We are very sorry about the cleaning you had to do and will be contacting you to refund your cleaning fee. Unfortunately as the owner of a large property, I have to rely on staff to manage some areas and we ask renters to let us know if that staff has not performed up to par. We will do whatever it takes, including sending a crew in to clean for you after your arrival. Renters are my eyes and although we strive to make things perfect, we can't fix it if we don't know something is wrong. Thank you for providing your feedback, although almost a year after your stay, it is still important for us to hear how we are doing.
