"Peaceful", "serene","a haven". These are words used by our guests to describe this bright and airy, lovely, light filled, 1,800 sq. ft. 2-story villa right in the heart of Scottsdale. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet just a short walk to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.

Tastefully furnished and decorated, this lovely villa has recently been renovated throughout. It is fully equipped with all of the amenities of home, including high speed internet access, flat screen cable tv, private gated entrance, private front and back patios, and off-street parking. All you'll need to bring is your toothbrush. We even provide sunscreen for our guests!

Soaring 20-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room allow the morning sun to bathe the living areas in sunlight.

3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and lots of closet space. Queen bed in each bedroom.

Huge, spotless, fully equipped kitchen with granite tile countertops and skylight.

Separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer.

Separate dining area comfortably seats six.

Getting around

The free Scottsdale trolley service stop is a 10 minute walk from the villa. The trolley takes visitors all around the downtown area. City buses stop on Scottsdale and Camelback Roads, and they take passengers all around the city. Our villa is centrally located in downtown Scottsdale, directly across from the Canal, which takes you right into the very heart of Scottsdale with a 10 minute walk.

Interaction with guest

We always love to greet our guests when they arrive and show them around the property. We live across the street from the villa, so we are always available, day and night, in case of a question, problem, in case something doesn't work...or if you just would like a recommendation for a good burger! No question or problem is too small for us to deal with, and we will deal with it right away! We have lived in Scottsdale for 30 years, so we know our way around pretty well. Paul has been in the hospitality business for 15 years, and we pride ourselves on our "guest first" approach to customer service. We are always here if you need us, but if you prefer a "hands off" approach, you won't see us, except to sweep the walkways and patios.

Paul and Rosemary were the ultimate hosts. They had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and were there to greet us on our arrival to show us round and explain how everything worked. Water, sunscreen, pool towels, laundry liquid, and much, much more were all available. The pool was great and the comfy recliners ideal for relaxing in the sun. We had the pool to ourselves. Our two weeks passed far too quickly and we were sad to leave this oasis in the Scottsdale sunshine. We would recommend this super place for a relaxing break with absolutely no hesitation.

How do damage deposits work?

If Joginder (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
