This lakefront 2,300 sq ft, 5 bedroom home with a brand new 1,500 sq ft deck sits on 28 acres of private land with 1/2 mile of beachfront shoreline, that's right, no stairs, no steep hills and no neighbors. Check into this large estate where every detail is accounted for: a fully-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, cozy fireplace, 65" inch flat-screen television, and WiFi.

Outside, enjoy fishing from the shoreline right in the front yard or float around in the private cove. The property features a horseshoe pit, barbecue grill, private boat dock and a spot to launch your boats right on the property. Every room in this two-story home features large windows that overlook a lush lawn, 360 degree views of the lake, and a half mile of shoreline just for you and your family.

The spacious home is settled on acres of private land waiting to be explored. The property is close to several attractions in nearby Grove and there is plenty of room to park boats and trailers on site. Cassandra Shores can sleep up to 11 people and is also pet-friendly!

This was right on the lake...5 bedrooms, had 4 different families show up and there was plenty of room. Had everything we needed except the food. We loved it and enjoyed it.
