Description
Rainbow's Promise on a pretty lake, close to Pictured Rocks. Located on beautiful Townline Lake with 200 feet of shoreline and three acres of property. Rainbow's Promise is located within the Hiawatha National Forest, close to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, and Munising, MI. This 840 square foot cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed; a "ladder loft" with two twin size beds; a log style couch that folds into a double sleeper, and a bathroom with shower on the main floor. Enjoy the full kitchen, washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, TV with Roku and streaming channels. The cottage is on the rustic side but not without most of the modern conveniences! Townline Lake is a "no wake" lake so a rowboat with paddles and life preservers are provided so you can explore the 40 acres of water or dip your line for a chance at pike, bluegill, bass or perch. Bring your catch back the dock and cook on the charcoal grill or over the fire. The sandy bottom and clear water will entice you for a swim. Bring your water toys and relax, floating the hours away. Gaze into the light of the outdoor fire or sip a cool drink while lounging on the dock listening to the area birds and wildlife. You'll find Rainbow's Promise to be peaceful and serene and a place where you can get away from it all. Bruno's Run hiking trail is within walking distance to the property and offers 9 miles of hiking or biking opportunities.

Response from the owner Thanks Tammy, We are happy you enjoyed the area. Sorry for the minor issues: The lake varies from year to year, that can't be helped. This is a great swimming lake with a sandy bottom. When it's not used a lot there will be silt on the bottom. Regarding the toilet issue, I asked you to let me know if you have anymore problems, but this was after it was repaired. And since I didn't hear anymore from you, I assume it was ok.
