PROPERTY NAME: Tolater

LOCATION: Second row home just across the street from the beach access walkway.

DETAILS: Spoil yourself in this newly renovated home with great ocean views. This home offers 8 Bedrooms and 8.5 baths plus private pool with hot tub, sunning deck and outdoor grilling and entertaining area with a fire pit. The pool/hot tub can be heated for an additional fee but will only get between 84 to 87 degrees. This is the perfect place for your family and friends! The home also offers living room newly remodeled gourmet kitchen with extra refrigeration and ice makers dining room downstairs den and playroom; expansive screened and open porches with rockers, observation deck which gives you unbelievable views of the ocean; 2 master suites with whirlpool tubs, elevator gas fireplace, wet bar with ice maker and high-speed internet access. NO SMOKING. There is a $2000 surcharge to heat the pool/hot tub, and when heated it will reach between 84-87 degrees. Please give a 48-hour notice if you would like to heat the pool/hot tub. Please adhere to the no smoking and no pet policy set forth by the owner.

“Best house at Debordieu!”
