Description

A spectacular view to the East side of Puerto Rico. This is the only building in the complex to have direct view to the sea. Culebra and Vieques islands among others.Walking distance to el Conquistador Resort and the golf course. The apartment have a very upscale furniture. The balcony/terraza is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen has granite counter tops, refrigerator, dish washer, stove, microwave and wine cooler. Everything is in stainless steel. There is also a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and double (futon). Only 50 minutes from San Juan airport.

“Fulfilled All our Hopes”

Pena Mar #1105 was exactly as promised: the photos show what you will get and you get not only what is shown, but even more - fine Wood and Tile accents, tile flooring, all upscale appliances (side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice at the door, washer/dryer, dishwasher (una lavavajilla), garbage disposer, console A/Cs (hotel style) in the 3 bedrooms and quiet Japanese-style ceiling A/C in the main living area. The large balcony overlooks a marina, a pool and, of course, the sea in the East and out to neighboring distant islands. The owners, who permanently live in the same building, truly provide a Turn-Key setup. They are there if you need assistance. Everything is provided from rain jackets, umbrellas for the rain, to tennis rackets, beach chairs, beach towels, bath linens, bed linens (beds are already made up for you), insect repellent (though we only saw about 2 bugs during the whole 8 days), basketball, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, some spices, good quality kitchen utensils, hair-care products, hair straightener, blow drier; I could go on. You don’t have to bring much other than your clothes! This is a quiet, private and very safe place. I recommend it for a family of 4, a retired couple, as are we, or a few mature friends. Don’t book this if you are thinking of wild parties – you won’t get far with that life-style. For my wife and me, the experience is a slam dunk. It's an excellent value and we hope to return soon.

I loved this place. I have stayed in 4-5 star resorts in Puerto Rico, I enjoyed this more! The views are incredible, the ocean breeze and the sound of the coquis at night were so relaxing! Hansel took us to Icacos beach and Palominito beach on his boat, one of the highlights of our trip! He truly cares about your satisfaction and is a very pleasant, honest man to deal with. I appreciate and expect good service and accomodations when on vacation and Hanzel exceeded expectations. I will definitely be back. It is also a very safe, gated community.

“Relaxing Escape From Winter”

Penamar was a lovely, well maintained beach club. The owner of the unit we rented, Hansel Sneed, took care of all our needs concerning the condo. He was only a phone call away responding very promptly to messages left whether it was about connecting to the internet, arranging a tour, or giving us suggestions on where to eat and what to do around Fajardo. Penamar was a quiet vacation place but only a short distance from all the action in Fajardo and San Juan. Our days started with a gorgeous sunrise every morning as we relaxed on the very large deck. A wonderful breeze was always going through the condo and we had no need for the air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed including utensils, place settings, paper towels, trash bags, everyday cleaning supplies, etc. All appliances worded well including washer and dryer in the unit. Beds were very comfortable and the linens were well stocked. The unit was extremely clean. We would highly recommend this unit and Penamar for anyone who visits this area of Puerto Rico.

“Beautiful luxury clean penthouse condo”

I was there for the Christmas holidays 2nd time staying there. Beautiful clean and very very private. The view is amazing and right next to El Conquistador. I went with 6 friends and we were very comfortable. We party on the roof top of this penthouse. we feel asleep outside and had a wonderful and great time. I highly recommend it. beautiful rooms and great kitchen. just too good to be true. But it was.
