Community amenities may be limited or closed due to restrictions

There is a CDC cleaning fee that will be assessed during effected bookings.

The health and well-being of our guests is our top priority and we have implemented strict cleaning and disinfecting protocol our property to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19. Our professional cleaning team has deployed enhanced cleaning procedures that are in-line with the World Health Organization, the CDC, and the VRMA.

Our housekeeping staff are using disinfectants that are EPA-registered as “approved for use against COVID-19”. Our team is well-versed and trained on effective disinfecting, including proper application processes and thoroughly disinfecting all hard surfaces, spending extra time focusing efforts on cleaning and disinfecting “high-touch” contact points including but not limited to: doorknobs, locks, thermostats, light switches, stair railings, remotes, wardrobe & cabinet handles, and toilets. The remotes are put in fresh sanitizing bags for each guest.

Additionally, our cleaners are washing their hands frequently and donning new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have removed bulky comforters from all bedrooms and replaced with either light blankets or quilts. We've also removed all decorative pillows and limited the number of linens available.

Our goal is to make your vacation memories special without the craziness of staying on property--and where the whole family can be together. We have all the basics that you need/expect and then we try to go above and beyond the average 'rental house.'

When you walk into our home, you will immediately know that we care. We have a small welcome bag waiting personalized with you and your travel companions in mind and providing you with some of the immediate comforts of home. You will find a fully appointed kitchen with almost anything you need for cooking for your family (if you want to cook on vacation!).

The first floor has three bedrooms, two are ensuites with full bathrooms, and there is a half bathroom that leads to the lanai and private pool. The two ensuite rooms have king size beds, and the third bedroom has a queen. All three bedrooms have flat screen televisions.

The upstairs has three more bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is one large master bedroom with a king size bed and a crib. There are two themed rooms, one is a 'Cars' themed room and the other is 'Frozen' themed. The two themed rooms have full size twin beds. All three upstairs bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

* Mom-friendly: Crib, 3 single strollers, 1 double stroller, deluxe pack n play with changing table and bassinet add-on, Baby Einstein Bouncer, EvenFlo exersaucer, booster seats, Highchair, toddler potty, baby monitors, white noise machines, baby gates, bedrails, children's utensils and dishes and children's al fresco dining set are provided. Toys are available for your use while you are in the home as well.

BBQ grill use is complimentary. (Propane refills and cleaning done by guests-we reimburse with proof of payment the propane cost).

Pool/Spa heating is optional at minimal cost.

The Windsor Palms Resort has the highest repeat renting rate with a reason: it is the best location to the Disney parks, shops, restaurants and the airport. Only 3 miles to the Disney main gate --- you can bike there if weather permits! Also the club house is very well equipped, designed to be user friendly, newly renovated and very well managed. There is a great Tiki Bar & Grill at the main community pool!

Want to cook your own meals like at home? Less than 10 minutes away is a Winn-Dixie, But just another 10 minutes and you are at WHOLE FOODS! The closest Target Super center, is less than 10 minutes drive from home. A brand new Super Walmart is less than a mile away. Don't want to cook? The Sundry shop in Community center serves Domino's Pizza and Starbuck's coffee, but I recommend Giordano's take out/delivery!

Getting around

The most economical way to get around is via rental car. For traveling to the parks though, consider taking an Uber or Lyft driver. Parking at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks is $20 per day (Water parks and Disney Springs are free parking) and using Uber takes you directly to the front gates of the park and you only have to unfold your stroller once.

Check-in/out is all remote. I am not onsite during your stay, but I'm always just a text away. We also have an onsite management company that can be contacted easily by phone as well. I'm also available before your trip for questions about your stay, or for assistance in Disney planning.
