B&K's Ocean Front Condo at Kona Reef, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

All Short Term Vacation Rentals on Hawaii are deemed Non-Essential Businesses under Hawaii's COVID-19 requlations. We can only rent to those who are not required to be under quarantine on arrival. Beginning October 15th, people arriving to Hawaii that take a test for COVID-19 and do not have the illness will be able to stay at STVR's.

Light and Airy with direct Ocean Views from the Lanai, Living and Kitchen areas. Large Ocean Front 611 square foot condo with a full 128 square foot Lanai.

This fully equipped Ocean Front 3rd floor condo is located in the low-rise popular Kona Reef complex. Just steps to the Ocean and the white sand beach park next door. It has a short 3 minute walk to shops, open markets and restaurants in the picturesque town of Kailua-Kona. There is free parking for renters (both open or covered), elevators, air conditioning and secured DSL internet access (WIFI).

The Kona Reef complex offers an Oceanfront Salt Water Pool, Jacuzzi / Hot Tub, Gas Grills and Pool Side Dining area.

Please note we have a 5 night minimum rental requirement. (4 nights minimum booking during the summer) We do allow exceptions on a case-by-case basis to fill small openings between existing rentals.

Price quoted is for two people. Up to a total of four guests are welcome with an additional charge of $10 / person / night for the third and fourth guest.

Getting around

Easiest: car rental from the airport locations. Fun alternative, Kona's Trolley runs up and down Alii drive on approximate 2 hour loops. ( $2 / ride )

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bruce (the owner) a message.

If Bruce (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
