Freshly renovated uniquely designed, very bright 2nd floor apartment furnished with antique& handpicked design furniture, decorated with original artworks, hand woven carpets & venetian mirrors.
The apartment is located in the heart of Budapest entertainment area in a recently reconstructed end of 19th century building just steps away from the famous Budapest Opera House, many theaters, bars, clubs & restaurants.
Budapest main Fashion Street, Andrassy Boulevard is just crossing Nagymezo street some 150 meters from where the apartment is located.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a private residential building & accessible by a wide marble stairway & by elevator as well.
To ensure higher safety & privacy the apartment is separated from the staircase by a locked door & has its own terrace/foyer overlooking onto the inner courtyard & equipped with teak terrace furniture.
The apartment features a suitable entrée, a large & bright dining room equipped – among others - with a dining table suitable even for 8 persons.
The bathroom has been fully refurbished & equipped with bath tub/shower, inbuilt washbasin with a huge mirror, plenty of storage space & an inbuilt energy efficient washing machine. The toilet is separated & equipped with a small wash basin with a mirror.
The full equipped kitchen is suitable even for preparing multiple course menus for dinner parties.
The living room is accessible from the dining room and equipped with a 3 seater sofa bed (in” sleeping mode” serves as a queen size bed) a comfortable designer armchair & sitting couch from the same set
. The 42” LCD HD TV provides 70+ international TV channels. You can enjoy also DVD films on the DVD player. There is also a library in the living room containing hundreds of books in different (english/german/Italian/hungarian) languages
A part of the living room has been turned into a study equipped with a writing desk with marble based lamp & a computer table.
The main bedroom (queen size bed with high quality matrass) is accessible from the living room & has large windows (shaded by wooden roll-up) to the street.
The second bedroom - also accessible from the living area - is separated by a high end design glass slide-door & equipped with a double bed & bedsides & a hotel style shelf/desk just by the large window overlooking the street.
You can play with the lights according your mood & occasion with the designer lamps placed around the apartment.
You have wi-fi broadband internet all over the apartment.
The apartment is fully comfortable for 4 persons, but can accommodate guests up tp 6 persons.
