“Amazing!!!”

Reviewed 27 Aug 2013

We walked in and immediatley called (and emailed) requesting to rent again the following year! We spent most of our time at the Country Fest, but we still enjoyed the little shops and restuarants. Randy's made a great latte and his homemade cinnamon rolls were yummy!! We want to keep yor place a secret! Thank you for sharing your home and we look forward to our return stay - thank you!!!

“Fantastic Loft For a Family Gathering”

Reviewed 11 Jul 2013

Spacious large rustic loft but with all the modern amenities that a family would need. Located in downtown Brownsville, Oregon, we walked through town and enjoyed the antique and clothing shops. We even helped to judge a local quilting contest and got a chance to see a number of beautiful quilts! Just 30 minutes to Oregon State University in Corvallis we spent some time over there as well. Beds are comfortable and the loft is clean with good views of the surrounding area. It's my best kept secret that I'm now sharing with you.

Response from the manager Thanks for sharing Mary. We are so happy that your family enjoyed the Loft and hope to have you stay with us again one day the next time you visit the beautiful Willamette Valley. Kelly Halbeisen Historic C.J. Howe Building Vacation Loft 541-466-9109

“Fabulous!”

Reviewed 1 May 2013

Wow! The Loft far exceeded our expectations. It is incredibly spacious, well-maintained and the amenities are unsurpassed. Seriously - every pot, pan, knife, towel, appliance, pillow, spice, you-name-it that you could ever need. The owners have made the entire place feel warm and inviting. They are also incredibly responsive and made our reservation and stay an absolute breeze. My friends and I were also pleasantly surprised with Brownsville. The town is quite charming and is home to some amazing cinnamon rolls and coffee cake at the coffee shop a short walk from the Loft. We stayed in Brownsville to run the Eugene Marathon, and the commute between the two was quick and scenic. We highly recommend the Loft!

Response from the manager Thank you Nikki, glad to hear that you enjoyed the Loft and Brownsville. The Loft will be here waiting for you the next time your troop comes for another marathon in Tracktown USA :) Kelly Halbeisen Historic C.J. Howe Building Vacation Loft 541-466-9109

“Incredible experience!”

Reviewed 26 Sep 2012

We stayed with a group of 6 at the loft and had a fantastic time! Downtown Brownsville is absolutely the quintessential small town experience. Lots of great little shops and fantastic views. We went on several hikes and enjoyed all the area had to offer. The loft was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities we could have asked for and was more than enough space for the 6 of us. I can't recommend it enough!

“Great Experience!”

Reviewed 6 Jul 2012

This was our second stay here, and we hope to always return here when we get the opportunity to visit Brownsville. The quaint, historic town is the site of the Linn County Pioneer Picnic and the setting for much of the movie Stand By Me. The people are quite friendly, you're only 30 minutes from Eugene, the river is a 2 minute walk away and there's plenty to do for such a small town, too. The loft is very spacious, and the kitchen/dining/family room are wonderful for cooking/eating/socializing together. The bedrooms are very comfortable as well. I highly recommend staying here if you're going to be in the Eugene or albany area.
