And there is a lagoon filled with wildlife to enjoy. A 2 story townhome with elevator access from the garage to the all floors. The main level has the Dining & Kitchen with tons of room for the whole family. The large Living area also opens to the screen porch and covered deck. There is a full bath on this floor as well. Up one more flight are the 3 bedrooms with 3 private baths. The master bedroom opens to another golf view screen porch. There is a whirlpool tub in the master bath. Close to Golf Shop, Pools, and Recreation Center. Bath linens and departure cleaning are included for your convenience.
Additional amenities include a R/O water system, internet access, and an enclosed outside shower.
Ocean Ridge Recreation facilities require a pass for a fee. No motorcycles / trailers / RVs / Boats / Golf Carts allowed in Ocean Ridge.
No Smoking. Pets allowed with non-refundable fee (plus tax) (NO CATS PLEASE!) Refundable security deposit or damage waiver. Optional travel insurance is also available.
Ocean Ridge is a small 300-acre golf/tennis/recreation resort located within the Town of Edisto Beach. Recreation amenities (3 pools, workout room, tours, Beach Cabana (restrooms, showers), bike rentals, water sports, video rentals) are available to all resort guests for a fee (see Recreation Center for info and latest schedules). Access to the Beach Cabana is in the 2000 block of Palmetto (look for orange mail box) with parking is allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street is a beach access point with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd.
