4BR / 2BA - (2K, 1Q, 2 sets of Bunks,Q SS) - Sleeps 12 - This well-maintained oceanfront home is as close to the beach as you can get! Amazing views of the Atlantic from many vantage points in this property. The home is nicely furnished and decorated in relaxing coastal colors and comfortable furniture. The living and dining areas are central in the home with the kitchen adjacent to the dining area, facing Palmetto Blvd. A large screen porch, with plenty of seating, is accessed from the living area. An open deck is to the left of the porch with stairs leading to an amazing roof top deck with outdoor furniture. A hallway on each side of the great room leads to a full hall bath(tub/shower) and 2 bedrooms on each side. The hallway on the left houses the washer/dryer as well. The bedrooms on the left each open onto a deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other a queen. On the right are two more bedrooms that open onto the screen porch overlooking the beach. One bedroom has a a king bed with TV, the other, 2 sets of bunk beds with TV. It is rare to find an oceanfront home that has beach views from all of the bedrooms.

Response from the manager Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on your recent stay. It is so wonderful to hear the waves - lulls you right to sleep. If a home is lacking in any cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, vacuums, etc) all you need to do is let us know and we will promptly add them to the homes inventory. The cleaning fee is an option - so many guests like to save money and do the cleaning themselves - then we have a cleaning company "sanitize" after a guest departs - then there are the guests who just want to go home and they purchase the cleaning service. There really is no difference between a weeks stay and a few night stay as far as cleaning goes. Linens have never been provided in any Edisto Realty rental home, but we provide them in the rental villas. We hope that you will visit Edisto Beach again. Again Thank you Edisto Realty

Response from the manager You are so right, the homeowner is a former B&B owner who retired to Edisto Beach. The home is very popular for the views, that it allows pets and don't forget all the owners touches. Plan to come back soon for another visit to "Breathe Deep"
