3BR / 3BA (K, Q, Q, 2 AeroBed) - Sleeps 8 -This easy beach walk home, located on a quiet no outlet street, has all that is needed for a great stay at the beach. Lots of sunlight throughout the house. The covered front porch faces Seaview Lane and opens into the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room has 2 grouping of furniture for watching TV or conversation. A screen porch with table, chairs, and additional seating is located at the back of the home, adjacent to the living room. There are ocean views from this location of the home. A hallway to the left of the entrance leads to a full hall bath(shower only) and a bedroom with a queen size bed(no TV). This bedroom opens onto a deck with water views. The staircase to the 2nd floor leads to a landing with a bedroom on each side. The bedroom to the left has a queen size bed(no TV) and private bath with a 2 sink vanity and a tub/shower. The bedroom to the right is the master suite and contains a king size bed and TV. There is a large master bath with a 2 sink vanity, sit down shower and tub. This bedroom opens onto a 2nd floor deck with nice water views! This home is a great choice for a vacation on Edisto. The owners have provided a nice selection of books, DVD's, and puzzles for your enjoyment while staying at their home at the beach. Response from the manager Thank you for your response. The property manager is taking care of the issues. It is stated in our rental agreement that rental homes(unless noted) are not equipped with linens, bath towels or paper products. However we will make a more conscience effort to remind our renters. Edisto Sales & Rentals Realty values our customers and certainly hope that you will rent with us again.
