4BR / 2BA - (Q, D, 5S) - Sleeps 9 - Recent upgrades make this classic, older beach front cottage, very nice and comfortable and an excellent value. Located right on the St. Helena Sound, enjoy the lovely sunsets & extra large screen porch. This property has a central living, dining, and kitchen area with 2 bedrooms on each side of the home. There is a full bath(tub/shower) between the bedrooms on each side. The screen porch is accessed from the living area with plenty of seating, including a picnic table. A small deck to the right of the porch has bench seating.
The two bedrooms facing Yacht Club Rd each have 2 twin beds, Only one of these has a TV. The left front bedroom, beachside, has a queen bed and a TV. The right front has a double and a single. Both of these bedrooms have water views. The washer dryer is conveniently located next to the kitchen behind louver doors.
"Capitano"is a comfortable beach front home on the beautiful St Helena Sound. Call Edisto Realty today at 1-*******-5398 to book a relaxing week at this property.
Additonal amenities include a charcoal grill, boardwalk to the beach, and open outside shower.
