5BR/3BA - (K,2Q, 3S, TB) -Sleeps 12 - This large family home, located in the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort, is only a short distance to a beach access bike, or foot out the Jenkins Street gate. Surrounded by trees, on a quiet cul-de-sac, this property offers an abundance of outdoor living space. Extra large screen porches upstairs and down for your enjoyment while on vacation! You will enter the home from an open porch into a foyer that leads to the living room. To the right front of the living room is a large dining area. This opens into the kitchen with a breakfast table. A sliding door from the kitchen leads to the large screen porch on the back of the house. You may also access the deck on the side of the home from a door in the kitchen. The back porch is also accessed from the living room and one bedroom. Lots of seating and tables available on the porch for outside dining. To the left of the living room is an L shaped hallway leading to 5 bedrooms. The left front bedroom has a queen size bed(no TV). The bedroom beside this has a single and a triple bunk(with TV). There are 2 hall bathrooms(tub/shower) next to this bedroom. Across the hall is the laundry area(behind doors). A third bedroom straight ahead has a queen size bed(no TV). This bedroom opens onto the screen porch. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds(no TV). The hallway ends in the master bedroom. This room has a king size bed, TV, private bath(tub/shower) and opens onto a small private deck on the front of the home. Downstairs is a huge screened area that houses the picnic table, grill, fish sink, and seating for additional relaxing outdoor space. "The Gathering Place" would make a great choice for a large family to "gather" together to enjoy the beach and the amenities that the Resort has to offer(for a fee). You are right, this is the perfect home for families and pets. Lots of room, huge screen porch upstairs and a screened area downstairs. It is ltttle far to walk to the beach with chairs and toys, but not too far if you take a bike ride there. Thank you and come see us
