Chateau Aspen 11 is a standard rated two bedroom, two bath condominium with a full kitchen, a breakfast bar, a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TVs in the master bedroom and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The recently renovated kitchen is modern, light and bright featuring beautiful granite countertops, a stunning backsplash and light floors. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twins that can be made into a king upon request. The couch in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. This comfortable unit offers one of the best locations in Aspen!

“not up to standard”
Dark, dingy,totally run down very noisy at night. 21 condos 12 parking spaces no parking at night on the street $11 during the day. Kitchen not well stocked economy at best. Bring a flash light

Response from the manager We thank you for your stay and regret that you were not satisfied by your accommodations. The Chateau Aspen building is indeed in the core of downtown, and, as with many cities, parking is limited. The building does offer 12 reserved off-street spaces, which are on a first-come, first-served basis for building residents and short- and long-term guests. Parking was temporarily impacted by construction behind the building, but this project is now complete. Many guests appreciate the location of the condominium within a couple of short blocks of the Aspen Mountain Gondola, first-class shopping, and exceptional dining. However, it is in the center of town and all of the activities the town has to offer, and the location may not be perfect for everyone. There were some blinds in the unit that were damaged just before these guests arrived and that were replaced/repaired at the earliest opportunity during their stay. We also immediately purchased and provided the kitchen utensils, etc. as requested by this guest. This unit has been and continues to be a great fit for many of our guests, and, as always, we appreciate any feedback on ways to improve.
