Two Bedroom Beachfront Hideaway in Indian Shores.

The view from this private balcony is just breathtaking. Two bedroom, two bath direct beachfront condo in Indian Shores. Piper's Nest is a small, intimate complex directly sitting on the beach. Very quiet area for romantic strolls along the beach. The unit has a king in the Master suite. The second bedroom has bunks with twins and a new queen bed with all new linens. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen with all utensils. Full sized washer/dryer inside the unit. Cable TVs in each bedroom and in the living room and Wi-fi internet provided. BBQ Grill. Beach chairs and towels provided. Note that there is no elevator.

Indian Shores is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale. Sports fans will enjoy spring training and the MLB’s Tampa Bay Rays, the NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team , NHL hockey favorites the Tampa Bay Lightning. For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. For day trips, Orlando, Disney World and Sea World are a 90-minute drive and both the Tampa International Airport and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport are within a 30-minute drive.

This is a beautiful spot however they need to do some repairs and upgrades. The bath towels are all thin and torn in spots, there are dings in the walls of the guest bedroom that need repair and paint… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
