This luxury waterfront Harborview Grande Condo in Clearwater Beach has spectacular views from your private balcony. Watch the sun rise over the marina and the dolphins at play in the channel from your waterfront balcony! This condo is centrally located within easy walking distance of the beach, Pier 60 and local shops and restaurants.

There is plenty of room in this 1800 sq ft condo, and you will like the comfortable bedding- King bed in the Master Suite, walk in closet and the bath has a soaking tub with a separate stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two double beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Savor meals in the fully equipped kitchen with every convenience from home you desire. Enjoy the flat screen TV in the living room, and Cable in every room. Stay connected with Wi-Fi internet, and a washer and dryer is located inside the unit, for your convenience. The elevator entrance is secured by code and has an assigned parking spot, located under the building with parking for 2 cars. You will relax and be pampered in a private home that has every amenity you could desire. This vacation rental is pet friendly - up to two pets (cats or dogs) are permitted per condo with a combined weight of 25 lbs or one pet of 25 lbs or less. An additional $15 added to the cleaning fee and advance approval for bringing pets is required.

The Clearwater Beach area is known for its award-winning beaches, amazing restaurants, abundant nightlife and wide variety of water sports and cruises at the large marina. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, dolphin-watching, dinner cruises and deep sea fishing charters or visit the local “movie star”, Winter of Dolphin Tale at the nearby Clearwater Marine Aquarium. “Absoultely Beautiful Rental!!!”

Wow is all i can say. What a Gorgeous condo! It was Huge!!! No problems at all! So easy to check in. Everything is done with a code so no need to pick of keys or have to worry about losing keys. Great location near everything but very quiet. The view from out deck was so beautiful, sitting out there in the morning or late afternoon after the beach was so relaxing. The condo had really everything you could need. You really felt like you were at home. Loved having the washer and dryer. The Master bedroom is fantastic! The large kitchen was great too so you dont have to eat all your meals out (although IHOP across the st. was very convenient ) You are only a short walk away from the beach. The Beaches in Clearwater are beyond beautiful. No need to go out of the US for a gorgeous beach when you can come here. They only one thing i would say would have been nice is having a dvd player somewhere in the unit, but that really is it. I would def stay here again and recommend it to friends. You can spend tons of money for a small hotel on the beach or pay a good price for a 3 bedroom condo with in walking distance to the beach..i would def take the latter. :)

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect! We definatly will be looking forward to another trip to Clearwater Beach,I grew up on this beach,and its good to have a place to come too, and feel so comfy in!! Everything was so convient!

The place was perfect and met our needs. We had everything in the condo that we could want and location was good. Sitting outside on the balcony was the highlight of our trip. It was absolutely beautiful. Only complaint, and it had nothing to do with the unit, was the weekends were very crowded and loud going into the late night. Fortunately, there were good restaurants within walking distance as traffic was difficult. Another small thing, one of the bedrooms had a bedspread with no blanket. Would suggest the purchase of a comforter or add a blanket to the bed in that room. Would definately go back.

Booking the condo, receiving instructions, billing, being reimbursed for cleaning were all handled professionally, easily. The condo was fabulous,well equiped, clean, spacious. We love the Clearwater Beach location. The condo is close to the beach, restaurants, stores, transportation. Coming from Canada, and needing telephone service proved to be expensive using cell phones. A telephone and long distance plan would have been very helpful.

We just returned from a great visit at this condo. Everything was great for my 3 teenaged kids, and myself. Unit was clean and extremely comfortable. Close to everything, easily in walking distance. A couple of suggestions... Have a blow drier in the unit and a way to rent movies, or at least a dvd player.

The condo was fabulous! The location is only a block away from the beach. The condo was furnished with everything you will need for a lengthy stay as we cooked most of our meals and avoided eating out. Great view of the bay a very quiet and peaceful setting. Would gladly stay their again!

We actually stayed at 207 Harborview Grande. Walking distance to the beach and good area restaurants. My grandchildren enjoyed the visit to Clearwater Marina, to see Winter, the Dolphin Tale star. We thought a pool was on site. If so, we didn't see it.

Response from the manager I'm sorry you didn't see the pool and hot tub. They were in the corner of the property, along the waterfront.
