“Laid back and relaxing”
We have stayed at St. Regis Resort 4 or 5 times in the past. We have been very pleased with the resort as a whole and they have done an excellent job through the years maintaining the facility. We had issues with a bathroom sink but those were resolved on Monday. As far as this particular rental I would not necessarily recommend it to friends or family. It is in dire need of upgrades (paint, appliances, counters and bathrooms)and the kitchen was poorly stocked as far as cooking dinners. The dishwasher leaked twice on the floor and the whole inside almost came out when you pulled the lower shelf out to unload dishes. We love the area!!! It is uncrowded,minimal traffic,laid back and relaxing which is exactly what we wanted!!

With the amount of people I saw when we first pulled in I thought for sure we would be spending at least an hour waiting. Not so! I was impressed at the ease at check in! I walked in, gave my name, and was handed the keys! I have never rented a condo for vacation before and was unfamiliar with the routine. The staff made it very comfortable and were very patient with my concerns and questions. The condo that we rented was clean and just the right size. We would definetly come back for the next vacation.
“This has to be the worst rental property (2313) at St.Regis.”
First of all, I enjoy doing business with Treasure Realty. I have always found the personnel to be informed, prompt in answering questions, etc. My complaint (first one ever) is with the condition of St.Regis 2313. It was dirty, smelly, poorly furnished (the back of the couch was ripped),the laundry closet is so full of lint it's a fire hazard. We've stayed at St.Regis three other times and have had nothing but good experiences. This condo shocked me. Again, let me state that I have only good reviews for Treasure Realty and their employees. But someone needs to inform the owner of the condo to either clean/upgrade the condo or take it off of the rentals. We love the area and find the people there to be friendly and helpful.

“It was a nice place but very used.”
Upon arrival we had to clean the unit. The ceramic tile floor in the whole unit made it easy. Three Tv's and no working remote. We could not use the DVD so watching a family movie at night was not an option.

Had you notified us about this, we would have been glad to send a crew out to clean for you. It sounds like the remotes either needed replacing or perhaps just new batteries. Again, I wish that you had let us know about this and the DVD, so that we could have taken care of these things for you while you were here. sleeps eight but only sits 3 on a single couch in the living area. Could use another comfortable chair. Can opener was nonfunctional, and knives were sharper on the back of the blade than they were on the front. The location is great, the condo community is nice, but this condo could use a few upgrades to make it more comfortable.

It was terrible. It was filthy. Asked to have it cleaned multiple times, when someone finally came they were not happy about it and didn't even clean the floors. Wore a pair of socks and bottoms were disgusting. Bathrooms very dirty and outdated in this particular unit. Very small. Furniture and decor different than what's in pictures. Would not recommend.
“This vacation spot is our favorite so far!!!”
Vacationing at St. Regis in Top Sail was breath taking. Our room was immaculate. St. Regis was well maintained and all of the rooms were ocean front which is one of our main focuses when picking a place. Top Sail was a laid back very low key spot to go and truly relax. When we come back to Top Sail we will definitely stay at St. Regis without a doubt!
“Fun in the Sun”
We really enjoyed the stay! The condo offered additional sleep space that most do not, which was great to accomodate our family size. It was also nice to have a TV in each room!! The view is fantastic of both the swimming pool and ocean. We would definately rent this unit again!!
