“Relaxing with a beautiful ocean view”
We really enjoyed our week at the ocean. This unit has a beautiful view ...nothing but ocean! It is spacious, was clean and ready for us to make our temporary home. Unfortunately the refrigerator was leaking so we needed to block the leak with paper towels at the beginning of the day in order to keep the kitchen floor dry. I am sure that this can be easily fixed. There are not many amenities in the surrounding area, so this location is truly focused on beach time. For a summer vacation, we only dealt with crowds when picking up our key and at the grocery store the first day. After that..just enjoyed the beach, the sun and 'people watching' on the beach!
Response from the manager Dear Family Of 7, Thanks for your kind review. I am pleased to hear that you had a relaxing stay in this lovely condo. Please accept my apology for the trouble with the refrigerator. It has been repaired since your stay. While the St. Regis does have several great amenities itself with the pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and on-site bar and grille, there are other options locally and just a few miles away in Jacksonville or Wilmington. To learn more about that, be sure to check out our blog: http://www.treasurerealty.com/topsailnews/?cat=6. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us. We appreciate your patronage and it is our pleasure serving you. Please let us know when you are ready to come back to your home away from home on Topsail: 800-762-3961. Sincerely, Amy
“Great experience from start to finish!”
We love North Topsail and St. Regis. This was our first time using Treasure Realty but we will use them from now on. Check-in was unbelievably easy and they were so helpful and friendly! The room was extremely clean and nice. Appliances are a little outdated but worked fine. We were very happy with everything and would recommend Treasure Realty and St. Regis to anyone especially big families like ours. We have 5 kids and had plenty of room!
“Master Bath Problems!”
First I just want to say, that we have been staying at St. Regis Resort since 1996! I have always love the location and all of the amenities. But we rented this particular unit because we needed more room. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and we were traveling with 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers. When we arrived at the unit, the master bath had water on the floor, the sink was full of water, and was running out unto the hallway into the closet, and proceeded out to the main hallway. We called Treasure Realty, to tell them, then after several people came in and looked at it, they decided that a shop vac would do, after they thought they cleaned it up, in the middle of the nite it started again, and this proceeded for several days. (Actually, I do believe that Thursday, was the day they came back to pick up all of the equipment, and we were leaving on Saturday!) Now, I can understand plumming problems, but I did not like like the fact that the plummer told us, that it appeared to be comming from many floors above us, and until the "Other" tenants told them it was ok, that they could enter the property to fix the problem. We are also told "do not use" the Master bath. I was afraid that the people above us could be using the sink or "unknown" things and that my toddlers were in the unit and they were being exposed to "unknown" things. We were not offered to go to another unit, it was not even offered. By the time we left the unit it smelled, and the carpet was still wet. On other notes, the unit needs to be updated, old couches, needs new appliances, both baths need to be updated, and old little tv's. Needless to say this year we are not renting this unit or going through treasure realty. We did get compensated (a little bit), but not what we were wanting. Basically we had 8 people to one bathroom and we paid for 2 a bath unit.
