This ocean side property in Poteskeet Village has a casual decor and living spaces and is located within easy walking distance to the beach. Shady deck on the first level is perfect for reading and relaxing. Sundecks on the first and second levels offer plenty of outside enjoyment. This property is located in the Town of Duck.
Top-Level: Great Room with TV, Kitchen, Dining Table seats 10, Access to Screened Porch with Partial Ocean Views, Queen Master Bedroom with TV.
Mid-Level: Queen Bedroom with TV; Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds and TV; Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds and TV; Hall Bathroom.
Ground-Level. Den with TV (accessible only from pool deck), Seating, Dry Bar with Mini Fridge, Access to Patio leading to Gated Pool Deck, Hall Bathroom.
Extras: Private Pool (14 x 33), Wireless Internet Access, Stereo w/ CD player, Screened Porch, Charcoal Grill, No Smoking, PETS NOT ALLOWED, Distance to the Beach: 570 ft.
Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
