NEW! 6 Night Stays, with very early check-in and a later departure! Check-in at 10am on Saturday and Check-out at noon on Friday. That's 8 additional hours! You're not losing a day at the beach, just one less night you can use to beat the traffic and get home faster. 6 Night stays are only good on weeks booked from May 27, 2023 to September 2, 2023 and May 25, 2024 to August 31, 2024.

New for 2022: New owners, the name has been changed to Nonnie and T's (formerly Dot's Spot). Property is now Dog Friendly, with new hardwood flooring in the entryway, Great Room, Hallways, Dining Room, and Kitchen, new paint throughout, new carpet on stairs, Ground-Level Queen Bed replaced with King Bed, new bedding in the Ground-Level King Bedroom, new hot tub on the rear deck, all new furniture in Top-Level Sunroom, all new furniture in Great Room, new décor throughout, Roku TVs in both King Bedrooms, Apartment, and Queen Bedroom, new deck furniture on Top-Level west facing deck, all new kitchen-ware, wine cooler installed in Kitchen, new stove, all new small appliances, new light fixtures throughout.

Great location with a multi-use path that stretches for miles for the runners, strollers, or bikers in the group. Just minutes from shopping, Walmart, groceries, beach shops, family activities, and movies.

Additional amenity details: 

Private Pools are open from April 28, 2023 until October 15, 2023 and April 26, 2024 until October 13, 2024. This property is not equipped for pool heat. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and wash cloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel, 1 bar of soap, and 2 makeup removing wipes per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
