Description

This beautiful countryside house is located in village Radovčići 15 km to small town Cavtat and 30 km eastern from the historical core of famous town Dubrovnik and just 3 km to local beach and supermarket.
(very well equipted where you can buy all food and daily fresh meet ) House Rilovic consist of two bedrooms,bathroom, kitchen and living room, swimming pool, garden with courtyard, barbyque, large covered terace, parking. All this gives a unique atmosphera and complete privacy. ( first neighbour 200 m ) Near by (3 km ) there is a restaurants with domestic food and family farm where you can enjoy horse riding. The bus stop is 150 meters away but the lines are quite rare ( 4-5 times daily ) so we recommend car. It is available for 4+1 person. The house Rilovic leaves no guest indifferent, either one is looking for an active holiday or idyllic peace in nature.

Response from the owner Dear guests thanks for your review. Usually I do not comment reviews but I have to react on yours. I apologize if shower cabin and oven was dirty, I have checked the house before you entered and I did not see anything dirty and I am sorry for that. Pictures are real and I do not know what is problem with them. Everything on the pictures you can find on the property, even covered terrace near the pool was not on the pictures because it is new build. First beach is 3 km far away from the house, I agree with you that there is a beach 11 km, there is also beach 100 km and 5 km and 7 km and 8 km from the house but first beach is 3 km from the house.
