Settled into the low seaside sand dunes, this ranch-style beach house enjoys a deep front yard with circular drive, lots of parking, and plenty of carport space. The spacious, accommodating sunroom generously expands the interior common area and commands a panoramic, eye-level view of the beach and ocean. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood with direct access to miles of pristine beach. Nearby boat launch provides access to the beautiful salt marsh creek. Close proximity to prominent golf courses and trendy eateries.

BEACH GEAR: Receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals by VayK Gear! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31.
MAIN FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 2 QUEENS, 2 SINGLES, 1 SINGLE sleeper sofa, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining area, living area opens out to large oceanfront sun room with TV den, dry bar and two 4-top game tables, sun room opens out to oceanfront sundeck.
GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 2 SINGLES, 1 QUEEN sleeper sofa, 1 bath, laundry room, 2 carports. Ground floor bedroom has outside entrance only.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-7, DVD-2, internet access, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, 2 carports, circular drive, private boardwalk to beach w/outside shower, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. Maximum 2 dogs. Please keep in mind, flood lights on all beach homes are not permitted to be used during loggerhead nesting season. Also, you can look forward to new mattresses in the groundfloor bedroom as they have already been installed! And finally, we will look further into the oven issue.
