Popular second-floor oceanfront retreat boasts dramatic full-length view over the beach and ocean from the living area and balcony. Features attractive interior detailing, comfortable furnishings, smooth surface wood-look flooring and tile throughout as well as elevator accessibility.
Part of a small gated community uniquely located on a secluded peninsula bounded by the Atlantic on one side and a tidal salt marsh on the other with access to an extensive beach, two swimming pools, whirlpool, playground, and fishing/crabbing dock on the creek.

ONE LEVEL: (2 bedrooms) 1 KING, 2 SINGLES, DOUBLE sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining/living area opens to balcony with view of ocean.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-3, DVD-1, internet access, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, carport, elevator, oceanfront balcony.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk to beach with shower for rinsing, 2 community pools (1 Olympic size), hot tub, fishing & crabbing creek dock with covered gathering deck, 24-hour guarded security gate, beach gear credit.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For all stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
