Cathedral ceiling and tall, wraparound windows fill the common living areas with natural light and stunning panoramic ocean views. BEACH GEAR: Receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals by VayK Gear! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31.
MAIN FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 KING, 2 SINGLES, 2.5 baths, large open-concept kitchen, dining area w/ wet bar, living area w/ fireplace, cathedral ceiling, large windows offer panoramic ocean view, screened porch, sundeck w/ private boardwalk to beach, washer/dryer.
SECOND FLOOR: (3 bedrooms) 1 KING & 1 daybed, 1 DOUBLE, 1 BUNK SET (2 singles) & 1 SINGLE, 2 full baths, loft family den w/ TV, four dormers and game table. Rooftop deck no longer available.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-4, DVD-2, wireless internet, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, wet bar w/ sink and ice machine, ceiling fans, fireplace, enclosed outdoor shower w/ changing room and hot/cold, shaded hammock alcove, grill, carport, private boardwalk to beach, public boat launch on island, salt marsh creek kayak put-in near end of driveway, beach gear credit.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, bed linens are included but rental BATH linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays only in summer and fall. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. Maximum 2 adult dogs under 30 lbs. each. Find Pet Policy on the Rental Info page under the Vacation Rentals tab.
