Located within the Litchfield by the Sea Resort, The Hamilton is part of the oceanfront Somerset Village noted for its Bermuda-inspired architecture and colors. Hamilton 503 features a private spacious balcony with an amazing fifth-floor (top floor), direct view overlooking the pool tucked behind low sand dunes as well as over the beach and Atlantic Ocean.
Living area and master suite enjoy access to outdoor balcony living. Large sliding glass doors provide abundant natural light. Fully equipped kitchen and open concept common areas and outdoor dining on the balcony make this condo perfect for sharing time with family and friends. Master suite boasts double-sink bathroom with garden tub and glass surround shower. Each guest bedroom also has a private full bath. Complimentary signature bed and bath coordinates.
Somerset Village includes private swimming pools, Jacuzzi, kiddie pool and a couple of beach boardwalk access points equipped with freshwater showers. Enjoy 7 miles of soft sandy beach plus access to resort amenities including 7 lighted tennis courts, walking and bike paths, freshwater fishing lake, and Low Country salt marsh vistas perfect for viewing native tropical birds, crabbing, and photography.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-4 (master BR and LR have HBO, Movie Channel & Showtime), DVD-4, wireless internet, stereo w/Bose speakers, Keurig & drip coffee makers, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-top game table, wet bar with ice machine, massage shower heads in master bathroom showers, washer/dryer, balcony/sun deck with 6-top dining table and storage closet for guest use, elevator, covered parking, Hamilton community pool, direct access to ocean.
ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk access to beach w/ rinsing shower, 7 lighted outdoor tennis courts, coffee shop, spa & salon, bicycle rentals, biking and walking paths, lakeside fishing, and close proximity to prominent golf courses and trendy eateries.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
IMPROVEMENTS: In 2021, all new flooring, all new window treatments, new living room sofas and chairs.
NEW RESORT FEE: Effective 1/1/2023, a resort fee of $5 per day per vehicle will be charged by the Litchfield by the Sea community HOA based on rental use. This fee will be added to your rental charges and is due with the final payment.

Too many fire alarms without a fire. The front door to the unit needs to be replaced or at least painted. Inside needs to be upgraded.
