“Couples getaway with a beautiful view”

Reviewed 12 Dec 2013

We loved our stay at this cabin. The view was amazing and the cabin beautiful. we enjoyed the hot tub.

Ladybugs all over. Hot tub casing poor shape. Jacuzzi kept shorting out. Nees a little attention. Driveway was tough to maneuver in/out.

“Perfect cabin for a weekend getaway!”

Reviewed 21 Jun 2013

This was our first time to the Pigeon Forge area and first time booking a cabin. I felt the pictures on the website were very accurate and the price was very reasonable. Did not have to speak with any of the staff, since we had no problems. Check in process was easy and had no issues with billing at check out. Only small detail was that the carpet was a bit dirty, wasn't a big deal for us since we were there a short time. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Cabin was perfectly sized and stocked for me, my husband and our one year old son.

“15 Year anniversary”

Reviewed 16 May 2013

It was our 1st time to the mountains in Tennessee, we went away to celebrate our anniversary. We wanted a romantic getaway for the 2 of us. Even though it was cold, we light the fireplace and had a wonderful dinner. Then we went to visit Smokey Mountain and it was awesome. Since February we have returned to Tennessee with the family but this time we stayed at the Water Park of Wyndham. I would have much rather spent time in the cabins but the cost was too much. We do plan to return to the cabins with the cost is great for family vacation. When we called the check in desk, it was very easy to get instruction for the room, our cabin was very romantic, and we loved the view for the porch. Thank you.

This vacation was the worst I have ever experienced! The service was non existent, and when a major storm came and we were forced to stay in a hotel at 2 am after being told to wait it out all day long on a Fourth of July weekend, we also got the crappiest hotel stay because all the other hotels were filled. They wouldn't reimburse us for the night we stayed in the hotel, and they also told us that storms never come there like that which was a lie because several locals told us otherwise. For a whole weekend we stayed one night and lost out on hundreds of dollars. The cabin was not worth the price either. It was on such a steep incline that we were second guessing the operator who told us it was ok to drive a 4 cylinder car there, especially with the storm. The cabin was like a three and a half star hotel room, that is what it reminded us of, and forget privacy! The neighbors are easily seen and heard, the gardeners are loud and the housekeepers were visible and loud too as they loved talking about their jobs that they hated so much. It was a trashy and cheap feeling and definatly a tourist trap! Don't waste your money with this company!!!

“Beautiful view's”

Reviewed 2 Aug 2012

This was our first time renting a cabin and we were pleasantly surprised. The view was beautiful and the cabin very private and cozy. The only complaint we have is the gravel driveway. All the other cabins around ours had paved drives. The gravel made it hard to park on the incline and walk on. The last day while packing the truck to leave my husband tripped over a stepping stone at the bottom of the stairs and fell into the side of the cabin seriously injuring his right arm so you need to use caution when walking down the stairs and watch for that stone! We have told several friends about the cabin and we would most Diffently rent this cabin again. Except for the very last day we had a wonderful time. What a great way to celebrate our 25TH anniversary. Thanks for the memories

“The way you make our get away so nice.”

“Quiet Retreat”

Reviewed 31 May 2012

They weren't kidding when they asked if it was alright that the driveway was at an incline, because it definitely was. I got a bit nervous just parking. We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time (traveled from Cincinnati), so it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. We contacted the office and they allowed us to enter and put our perishables in the refrigerator and use the restroom. The cleaning ladies were a little late but nice. We sat out on the porch and waited. There were around 20-30 wasps on the front of the house. Our 7 year old was pretty scared but we left them alone and they did the same. The place was very quaint and romantic! Although we had 3 adult ladies and a 7 year old boy! Once we got past the wasps and later check in...we actually had a great time! My sister and I shared the King bed~it was very comfortable! Ethan and his mommy shared the sofa bed. He loved the jacuzzi tub and we loved the hot tub! We had perfect weather, with a cool breeze in the evening! The view was breathtaking! Would definitely recommend this cabin. Thanks american Patriot!!!
