“Another excellent week”
This is our 2nd rental of this house. It provides all the household needs one could have for a vacation week. The beach is a quick walk down a short pair of private roads on either side of Old Wharf Rd. There was construction of a house going on next door, but the contractor started work after 10 am and it did provide entertainment to our 4 year old granddaughter. (It will be done before next summer.) The house was comfortable because of the ceiling fan and open skylights which allow for lots of fresh air. We used fans at night. The outside shower (in addition to the regular inside one) was a big help when we'd all return from the beach, sandy and seaweed covered. The only maintenance issue I might mention is someone should plunge the kitchen sink and/or treat the drain. It was very slow -- we used the plunger to help it. In all it is a wonderful, welcoming home, that we consider our summer treat with our 3 adult children and 4 year old grand daughter. There is plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, a living room, family room and enclosed front porch. A big table for family meals, games (some of which they provided, many of which we brought) puzzles and art projects. We never turned on the TV's, but there are 2 of them. They look new. The wifi worked well in the living room near the router. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated finding an extra mattress for our 4 year old under the bed. Thanks to Paul and Mary for renting out their home to us! We hope to be back next summer.

“A wonderful place to be!”
This is an adorable house,spacious and within walking distance to a private beach that is well maintained. The cottage is well maintained with a washer and dryer, and three bedrooms with two queen beds and one double. If you have small children, be advised that there are knick-knacks that small fingers would want to touch, so put them away. We did not have that problem though. The realtor is great at keeping up with things that need doing, if the lawn needs mowing, etc. We have put in our request for a week in July for a third year we love it so much!
