“Great Vacation Home with Spectacular View!”
My family and I have stayed at this vacation home on four different occasions, and I have always found it to be comfortable and very clean. You could not ask for a better place to spend time with your children and grandchildren, the perfect setup, and so quiet and peaceful. Love sitting on the upper deck and looking at the ocean. A nice lower patio for grilling and eating outside. So convenient to go back and forth with the kids to the beach. Love it! Will definitely go back again.

“It's a bad experience”
When we got there, AC not working, The sink in Kitchen cloged, we called your office, we have been told someone will be there to repair, and nobody showed up, we called again before 5:45pm, they let me hold long time, nobody talk to me, then I have call again, I have been told they already off for the day, we stay in the house without aC and sink clogged, we ask for refund, so far we haven't received the money yet

My family and I stayed over a weekend during our summer break. The mattress in one of the children's room had been ruined with urine and clean sheets put on bed. This caused a horrible smell and was absolutely disgusting. I did not receive good service. I was promised all different refunds and did not receive these. The location was beautiful. Also the previous vacationers left beer bottles on balcony and this was not cleaned.

The mattress issues has been addressed and a new mattress is there. Sometimes we are at the misery of outside vendors and owners to get issues repaired. “Great location across from the beach!!!”
We loved the house but there were 9 of us and really needed one more bathroom(shower) and bedroom. The couch was not comfortable and the master bathroom's shower attachment was hard to use. But we loved the downstairs outdoor covered area with grill. We also loved the surrounding deck - had coffee there every morning enjoying the sea breeze. Really a nice house had a great time.

“Gritty Goddess's Girls weekend”
Wonderful comfortable home. Fantastic views, close access to the beach, in the boonies. Perfect for a Bunch of women that have known each other 35 years. The fire alarm battery started to beep within 20 minutes of our arrival. No problem! We contacted the Rental Service and they replaced the battery for us pronto! I would suggest making the patio doors easier to close and fix the screen so that we could have left the doors open. Also, Make it known that no toilet paper is provided. We were surprised! Pool access? Did not find the pool. Otherwise, Highly recommend Sunshine Dreams. Loved!

That is awesome that you participated in the Gritty Goddess! Galveston hosts lots of runs now...from the hardcore Ironman 70.3 and various marathons to lots of fun runs like the Galveston Sand Crab night beach run. I will make sure that the screen and patio door is looked into on the next inspection. Typically there is one roll of toilet paper provided in each restroom and Im sorry if the cleaners did not leave them. In the future, a quick call to our office would resolve these things...and directions to the pool ;) We hope you come back to us in the future. We offer all guests a loyalty discount on stays with us in the future ;)
I rented this place and on my return to the office to turn in my key i gave them a list of the things that were wrong and never heard a thing from you and it was the same beech house.
