“The only place I'll stay when I'm in Seattle!”
People listen up! Best place and deal in town. I stayed on the 3rd fl unit, it was clean, spacious, had a full kitchen with dishwasher. A washer and dryer with laundry detergent. (like a was going to do laundry on vacation but if I wanted to I could have)The house was immaculate, charming, looks like everything had been newly remodeled. Trader Joes is two blocks away so didn't have to eat every meal out. Walking distance to down town Capitol Hill which is incrediable charming with quaint stores and the most fabulous bakery. "Bakery Nouveau" Must try there almond or chocolate crossiant. Still going to bed dreaming about them...ahhh. I had such a great trip and the accommodations had a lot to do with it.
“Amazing vacation base for skiing Washington's mountains”
Coming from New York, I was blown away by how spacious and light-filled and airy the apartment was! It was so nice to just wander around and see all of William's great details in the apartment. Views of downtown were a nice bonus! This is a great location to get on the highway - but never hear it or anything else for that matter - super quiet neighborhood. But just blocks away were some great restaurants like Zoe and Lark and we went to Chop Suey to see a band play. Stocked up at T Joe's for snacks and food. Keyless entry was a breeze. Sad to leave, but would stay here and nowhere else next trip to Seattle.
“Modern Comforts with historical charm”
I loved my stay at the Turret House. With a full and modern kitchen, we made great meals and could stay in and be cozy or walk just a few blocks to tons of great restaurants and bars on Capitol Hill. Bedding and setup was super cozy - I love the architecture of the older era with angled ceilings and wonderful windows and views. However, everything is clean and updated so it is the best of both worlds old and new. On a quiet street that feels more residential, but just a few minutes away from the hustle-bustle of arts and events and eating out. Great place to stay!
“Comfortable, Clean, Luxurious and Friendly”
This was my second stay at the Turret House and definitely will not be my last. I am from the Seattle area and I stay here when I want a staycation. I also have friends and family stay here when they are visiting from out of town. I really love the old world charm with the modern comforts. William has done an excellent job remodeling this place and his design makes it both luxurious and comfortable. I am very concerned with cleanliness as I have allergies and this place passes all my tests. I also found William to be helpful and easy to deal with. The Turret House is just a great find and I highly recommend it!
